We hired Tony Stanley, the owner of OptimaOne Real Estate, to sell our home. Heather Walker, luxury home expert realty agent at OptimaOne, partnered with Tony for the sale of our property.

We were extremely pleased with the personal service we received from Day One to the very last day our house was on the market. Tony, even as the owner of his firm, (which is one of the biggest in lake county), never wavered with personal attention to all matters dealing with the sale. The honesty and communication couldn’t have been better.

Their motto “Experience The Difference” is completely true… we know from previous experience unfortunately.

Some points:
1. Tony or both he and Heather were at every single open house/private showing - 20 in all. Open houses happened every 2 weeks.
2. Our house was marketed on every single available platform - all social media, and all real estate websites. Tony has a strong relationship with Zillow, bringing our home to the top of Zillow searches.
3. They invested in a great deal of advertising and marketing for our house.
4. We had 3 photo shoots.
5. Heather staged our house to make it pop. This made a big difference.

Understanding the marketplace and our community, we weren’t pushed to lower the price by Tony or Heather - many realtors push hard for sellers to lower sales price in order for them to move on to the next client.

Going into the future, we will call Tony and his group for all our real estate needs. That is 100% certain.

Tony and Heather pleasantly surprised and impressed us greatly. We cannot thank them enough for their time, patience and total professionalism.

Lindsey is hands down one of the best realtors that we have EVER worked with. She stays on top of everything and does everything in her power to make sure that things are done right. She is the one to go to! Thank you again Lindsey!

Heather Walker was absolutely amazing and so incredibly knowledgeable when it came to helping us buy our first home!
