Property was well kept and accommodations were clean and well stocked. Management was very quick to respond to any of our questions and helpful throughout our stay. Location one block from beach where we could walk and enjoy spectacular sunsets!

Paradise on the Bay was absolutely perfect and beautiful location. Check in was easy and entrance to the secure property as well. The condo was spacious and very clean. The sunsets were spectacular. I highly recommend Seabreeze Vacations they were friendly and keep me informed of everything. Can’t wait to go back. I would give more stars if possible.

Wonderful place to stay. Just seconds from the beach. Beds are comfortable and all the amenities provided to make this the best vacation. Loved our stay there and will be back in the future.

The sunsets are amazing.The house has a pool that's in the sun most of the day and that works for the kids at want to swim sun up to sundown in January. The house is perfect location and we can't wait to go back.

Outstanding all around! SeaBreeze is a great place to rent from. We will surely be going back to them for another vacation. House was perfect, pool, dock to fish, short walk to the beach for swimming and fishing. Just around the corner you can walk to restaurants too and of course some ice cream to finish off the perfect weekend! Thanks for making our son's 13th birthday a truly memorable one!

We had a great stay even though the weather was a little unpredictable. That gave us more time to hunt for sea shells. The SeaBreeze staff gave some great places to dine. Coming again next year. We hope to get another week.

I have worked with several vacation company over the years at Anna Maria Island and the SeaBreeze vacation group have been the absolute best. They way the communicate and keep you informed is terrific, from emails, to text messages and even phone calls from live people if there has been something you forgot along the way in the process. We had an issue with a door at our rental maintenance arrived the same day and fixed the problem immediately. They make the entire process stress free and easy. I have already booked for 2025 and Sarah was so helpful because I had a couple of special request to accommodate some of my family coming, Sarah found us the perfect place. Thank you to Sarah and the team at SeaBreeze.

SeaBreeze was the best vacation rental company we've ever used! From the ease of renting from their website, answering my numerous emails/questions before the trip, and taking care of a tiny maintenance problem immediately upon arrival (bees nest at front entrance, that I am highly allergic to) we couldn't have asked for a better experience. They set you up with a virtual home guide with not only everything about the house, but area suggestions, etc. They also text you when you can access the property, even if it's hours early. I really could go on, the house was amazing, great location, clean, with comfortable beds and great beach chairs/toys. I will rent from them next trip and also recommend to others. Best trip we have had in a very long time!

We stayed at Anchor's Splash in late January, and we couldn't ask for a better stay! The ranch style home was perfect for my two little ones. The pool and spa were exceptional, and the spa heated up to hot tub levels. Everything was clean and we had all the amenities we needed. The best part- the location. Less than a minute walk to the beach, and right around the corner from Pine Ave. We will be back!

Our family enjoyed 5 days on the beach. This is a great location. Walking distance to Bridge Street and great restaurants. Right by a trolley stop to make exploring the island easy. Loved the 3 bedrooms and large living space. The pools were great. We liked the bay side pool in the morning and the beach side pool in the afternoon. The sunset from the lanai is a must! This would be my #1 pick to stay when we return.

Beautiful beach cottage! Decorated super cute, kitchen had all the things we needed. Towels were provided for each guest and maintenance was super efficient in replacing our coffee pot when we had a little accident with it. Pool was clean and warm. Only steps to the beautiful ocean. Loved having the beach chairs, wagon and cooler to take to the beach. Only recommendation would be softer mattresses and better pillows. We would definitely book here again!

We travel all over, and this home (on Anna Maria Island) and company were the most responsive and well prepared we have ever used! The home itself is beautiful!! You are walking distance to the beach!! The house is well supplied with everything you need! We really enjoyed sunrise and sunset on the deck on top the house. But I think we utilized the outdoor living area the most!! Would definitely recommend!!

Everything about our stay with Seabreeze at the Blue Heron was effortless from booking to check out ! Everything was clean and exactly as described . I never even had to reach out to them because they made sure I was fully informed ahead of time and had all the resources I needed ! Our family had a great time and will definitely use them again in the future !

Fantastic location across the street from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shopping. Free tram runs up and down the island and is easy to hop on/off. Unit is clean and comfortable and management was proactive about check in/check out process and very responsive to messages. You won't go wrong staying here.

Perfect vacation staying at Bahama Mama. Beautiful home. The pool area was gorgeous with a downstairs covered sitting area with grille. Screened in upstairs porch with beautiful vegetation throughout the grounds. House was very clean and easy check in.
A close ten minute walk to the beach. Beach cart, chairs, towels and a lot of children's toys for playing in the sand. Would definitely rent again.

SeaBreeze vacation rentals were great. They were 100% professional and we felt they were completely dedicated to making sure our stay was the best it could be. We had a few small issues that were quickly dealt with and resolved by their maintenance crew. We stayed at Flip Flops Forever. It was even better than described! Our family of 10 had a fabulous time. When I started my search for where to stay, I started with the leasing companies. The house was secondary. We could not have been happier.

This was our first time using SeaBreeze Vacation and our first visit to the island. Booking was easy and they called to verify everything was taken care of after booking. Our rental was just as pictured. We did have one issue while there and they were quick to resolve it. I would highly recommend them.

We loved every aspect of this particular condo! Modern, clean, renovated, and had all the amenities one would want on a vacation including beach chairs and cooler to use. The layout of the condo worked perfectly for our family of 4. We would definitely book again!

Loved this rental. Very clean and location was great to see sunrises and sunsets just a few steps away. Pool was a nice bonus and parking tight at the front door.
