What a great stay at Zen Gardens. Beautiful home and pool and couldn’t ask for a better location. The house and amenities were wonderful. 1st time using Salty Mermaids and they were great. Definitely would rent this home again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sea Grape! It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It was so quiet and peaceful sitting out on the screened in porch in the morning watching the sun rise and drinking my cup of coffee from the bag of local coffee you provided. The beach chairs were very nice to use and everything was top-notch. We appreciated the phone call after check in to make sure everything was okay and really had no complaints! The condo was in a great location- right beside a trolley stop, beach access was easy to get to and was within walking distance to several great restaurants! Would definitely return!

We loved our stay with The Salty Mermaid at the Sea 'Esta house on Anna Maria Island! The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house was in the perfect location, right a cross the road from the beach and walkable to shops and restaurants. We brought our bikes and rode around town. The beds are comfortable, there is great water pressure in the showers, and it was super clean. Also, we experienced excellent customers service too. We highly recommend this company.

I rarely do reviews- But we have been coming to the island for 10 years and some years needed bigger houses than others- this year we only needed one that slept 6- the house we rented was perfect. it slept 8 an allowed us to spread out. it was not a big house but a house with usable space we needed one level because of a one-year-old. The house was updated- had everything we needed- the pool was fabulous and the outdoor shower was a favorite. They were great to work with- we had no issues and will definitely rent it again. The walking distance to the beach was so short even though we had rented a golf cart. Thanks for a Great few days!!! 5 Stars plus

We stayed at Sun & Surf in Holmes Beach, Sunset Beach Condominiums. Efficient check-in process with Salty Mermaid. Fantastic location, close to shopping and restaurants. The condo was very nice and accurately portrayed in photos. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was older, but well equipped for all our cooking needs. Nice balcony to lounge on with sounds and smells of surf, and fantastic views of beach and sunsets. Short walk from very nice pool area to amazing sugar sand beach. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Crescent Palms and had an amazing time. This house is impeccable, beautifully decorated, fully stocked and has a wonderful lanai and pool area. The location is perfect, close to everything but in a quiet residential area. We were thrilled that we were able to bring our pups with us. We are definitely renting this place again. My only recommendation would be to add a Keurig to the kitchen. Other than that, nothing was missing. Thank you so much for an incredible stay!

Rented a house for 4 nights. Communication is excellent! I received multiple emails leading up to our trip. Was able to get an early check in. They called day of and day after check in to ensure everything was going smoothly. Very attentive. Property was clean and well maintained.

The most beautiful house and friendliest staff if you are looking for great vacation rentals. Salty Mermaid checked in with us multiple times to ensure our stay was perfect and the little touches that were left throughout the house were all so nice. We will and are coming back!

Salty Mermaid rental agency is absolutely the best to rent from on AMI. This is our second year renting and they are “ spot on” for service! They will help you find your perfect rental and I cannot say enough about their excellent staff.The house we rented for the second year is fantastic! Zen Gardens, with a wonderful beach access! Hopefully we can return again.

We had a wonderful one week stay in March at Barefoot Mermaid 2. The beach was steps away and the unit was clean and quiet. The Salty Mermaid employees checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We had to contact them after hours and they responded to our message with the answering service within minutes. We look forward to returning to Anna Maria Island and we will definitely use Salty Mermaid for our rental again.

We rented Luana Breeze for a week in April and had a wonderful experience with Salty Mermaid. They were quick to respond to all my inquiries while we were picking a place to rent as well as any questions I had leading up to our visit. They checked in on us to make sure everything was going well, and when we called to ask about propane for the grill, they sent someone over immediately to provide it for us. We would love to return to Anna Maria Island and will definitely look for a Salty Mermaid property again!

We have had a wonderful experience with Salty Mermaid two years in a row. They have top notch customer service and the rental house we stayed in was beautiful, clean, and maintained very well. We have had a fantastic experience with them and would love to return to one of their rentals again in the future!

This was our First time using this rental company. Me and my family stayed at the Blue Pearl at AMI and it was absolutely amazing!! We couldn’t have asked for a better house and perfect location! Plenty of room and absolutely everything you need was in this home!! The pool was beautiful and my kids stayed in it! The beach was a short walk which I loved!! I’m not a morning person or a Walker lol but I got up early almost every morning and walked to the beach! By far this is the best place we have ever stayed! Salty Mermaid had everything clean and ready for us.. they called and checked in to make sure everything was good with our stay. They emailed me right before we arrived to let us know the pool needed some extra attention and they was aware and was sending the cleaners early. The pool cleaners came and got the filters cleaned and made sure the fountain was flowing properly. I would recommend using this rental company to anyone looking to stay at a beautiful beach!

We’ve been renting properties in the Florida gulf for the last 15 years. This was our first time renting on Ana Maria Island and using Salty Mermaid. They are hands-down, the best property management company that we’ve ever dealt with. Their staff seemed truly interested in us enjoying our stay. They checked in with us to make sure things were going well. We had a couple of minor issues, and they were right on top of things, and then followed up with us to make sure that everything was OK. The property was stellar, clean well stocked, and just as advertised which is often not the case. We highly recommend Salty Mermaid!

We stayed at the lovely Crescent Palms on Anna Maria Island. Our group of 6 adults was comfortable in this cozy, clean, beautifully decorated home that was close to the City Pier, Two Scoops Ice Cream, and the Waterfront restaurant. We enjoyed a gorgeous sunset after a nice walk to Bean Point at the tip of the island, as well as swimming and hot-tubbing in the wonderful back yard. I would highly recommend this place and this company!

Just had a five day stay at Mary's Place on AMI. Perfectly located, we walked to the beach in five minutes and to the pier in about ten. Lots of restaurants and shops close by - we only drove our car when we headed into Sarasota for a spring training game.
House was very clean and well maintained. Very comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was fully stocked, although we only made breakfast.
Beautiful backyard and patio. Very peaceful neighborhood.
Beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas were much appreciated. Our only (very minor) complaint was that the wagon provided was kind of wonky and hard to use.
I would stay there again.

Have rented through Salty Mermaid twice now, same house both times, and have only had very positive things to say. Hot tub was not heating properly and they immediately had a fix. They even extended our checkout free of charge as a last minute request from us. Great company.

We absolutely LOVED the Pineapple Cottage! We had plenty of room inside, but the outside was beyond amazing! Watched the NBA playoff games while enjoying the spa and pool! 7 ladies who played hoops together in the 80's on a getaway trip and loved it all. The location could not have been better. We rented bikes and never used the car. We booked for next year already. Thanks Salty Mermaid! :)

Recently we stayed at the La Cocolia property. It exceeded our expectations! The property was well maintained and clean. The pool was warm which allowed us to enjoy the space on a cloudy day. The Salty Mermaid was easy to get ahold of and accommodating to all our questions as this was the first time to this area.

We enjoyed this home very much! Every bedroom has its own bathroom. There was plenty of space! The outdoor area was lovely with lots of seating and a gas grill. I would highly recommend and will definitely rent again.
