Absolutely amazed at this company! They came in same day to help with a rodent issue with my home and was super patient as I also work from home and couldn’t pause on my job duties. Brandon was super knowledgeable and answered all questions. 100% recommend and they are affordable compared to some companies costing an arm and a leg and beyond thankful for his wife reaching out to me!

I am pleased with the pest control services provided by Venom Pest Control company. David Lessing, owner of the company, seemed very knowledgeable about pest control and super patient when listening to my concerns about ants problems inside and outside of my house. He came on 11/17/2023 for the first time to evaluate the problem and explore best possible ants treatment and then put down pesticides on 11/30/2023. The same day, he helped me remove a few bagworm cocoons from exterior walls of my house. From the information he provided I became aware of treatment of bagworm cocoons. David had two follow up phone calls with me on 12/29/2023 and 1/25/2024 to check on my ant situation. I didn’t notice any fire ants mounds outside and some ants found inside were dead. David reassured me that the treatment will still be effective three months after application, therefore dead ants could still be found as a result of treatment.

This company was wonderful! Hunter in particular! I’ve had a mama raccoon for probably a year now. She never really bothered me before….until…she found entry to my attic. She has been up there for a while and obviously was keeping her babies up there. Hunter came and set a trap in the attic. I did not expect to find mama in the trap at 7pm in a Sunday evening (panting her life away) but when I called, Hunter was there within the hour! He was professional and took mama to recover from the hot attic air…and then took great care in trying to find her babies. We are still working on finding the babies but I know I’m in good hands! Thank you so much Hunter and Venom Pest Control! 🦝

They did a good job as usual. They show up when they say they will. Techs are always friendly and professional.

Jevaughny was top notch. Checked in at the begining to let me know what he was going to do and asked if there were any concerns. Then checked in at the end to let me know it was finished and he did not see any areas of concern.

Troy, our technician, did such an excellent job explaining to me how the Gold plan works and about the products he was using. I was a little nervous about the chemicals around my children and dog, but Troy explained that they were safe to use in homes with small children and pets, and I felt instantly reassured. He sprayed inside and outside thoroughly. I am so glad we chose Venom if Troy is a reflection of the excellent service they give their customers. 2/27/23 I always had Hunter do my service, I found out today that he is no longer with the company, Troy was a pleasure to work with, a true pro, and to my surprise did a better job than Hunter ever did, and that is not a knock on Hunter, Troy just went above and beyond. Just called for an invasion of small ants, I have my maintenance done by you every 3 months, must say this is the 1st time you have disappointed me, Was told you can do a reservice next week, meanwhile I have millions of ants running around in my house, asked if there was anything sooner and was told no, your closed over the weekend and you had nothing sooner, very disappointing to hear and see you don't take emergency calls
Called another company and they will be out today

I have been having a problem with tiny ants, I had another company servicing my house and for 3 months they couldn't solve the problem, I called Venom, Phone was answered right away by a live person and was set up for a next day free estimate, Dave showed up on time and looked everything over he did his thing and told me what to look for, before he left the ants came out of hiding, he found where the nest was , baited the ants and now my problem is solved, I have now dropped the other company and turned the service over to Venom. Great service , I couldn't be happier
