Checkers

Dead slow. It takes them 20 to 40 minutes to make one hamburger. Their is always 15 cars waiting in line at the drive through.

This was one of the best experiences I had at a Checkers in a while. Bryan was at the window and was so pleasant and accommodating. Not to mention my order (with 2 special requests ) was made to perfection. Would definitely recommend.

Picked up a friend from the airport about 2am, she was starving. Mapped out a McDonald's (supposedly 24 hours). It was 0 hours they were open the entire building was under construction. Found Checkers, an extremely bright parking lot with lights for safety. We walked up and ordered our food. The staff was very polite and had our order together fast. I highly recommend this Checkers! Keep up the good work...

I want to thank Keisha for her efficient disciplined response to my complaint at this Checkers..
She not only called me the following day but from her cellphone,if the need ever arises to contact her,she took care of my issue and made me happy.. Keisha is an asset to Checkers as she is obviously a dedicated employee...Other Corporations should follow this ladies protocol, Thank You. UPDATE: I was at location on 01/12/24..I had an excellent experience with Angel..Brian and Rob..great respectable employees that aim to please..thx..

I love this checkers, their food is always fresh. Always fast and always good, excellent customer service too.

Great customer service it as a whole was definitely upgraded with staff and there performance gets better and better every time I come back.

I had to change my review from one star to five stars. Shortly after I gave the one-star review as in like the next day there were several more employees working. Manager was there for a couple days to train the new staff. I got to tell you they're on point in the food is hot now. Congratulations I'm a doordasher and I'm real impressed that's hard for me. But they did it and it's a Checkers. If I could just get every other restaurant in town to follow suit. Thanks

No cheese on one of my sandwiches. I paid extra for that & fries were only filled halfway paid for a large.

honestly the nicest fast food experience i’ve had in years. very nice people working the late night shift. mildly disappointed about them being out of garlic parm fries when i went but what can you do with these supply chain shortages.

I don’t write reviews but I refuse to let these young ladies service go unnoticed. I am new to the area and decided to visited this checkers since we don’t have a checkers were I am from. My food was amazing and fresh. I was not able to get their names but one has orangish and black hair and the other lady was brown-skinned. Thank you beautiful Queens, I will visit again.

A little wait for the order taking but other than that, this place has great service, excellent food and ooooof course, fries that can give McDonald's a run for their money. Staff is super friendly.

One of my all time favorites. I wasn't expecting good customer service at all since most places have lost that element. I ordered as usual and the great service blew my mind. I tried to offer tip to the team at the window. So to say the least I was impressed with this restaurant.

Noted: I can't vouch for the day shift cause i only eat here latenight. But trust and believe for the last two years they haven't disappointed me yet food all ways fresh and custmer service the way it should be....
