I went to buy a really good printer because I'm becoming a notary and Alex was awesome ! He was well educated with the printers and informed me about the business subscription which was super convenient ! Alex provided great customer service and was not lazy at all. I left satisfied with a great printer and subscription sinxe i will definitly be coming back . Thanks Alex!

This store was not only beautifully done in their layout, cleanliness, and item availability, but should be used as a model example for all OD stores. Your Print Manager, Alex, exemplified customer service from his smile to his toes. Truly remarkable. He partnered with the Jupiter store when a machine was down and he took on their print job and had it ready for us in 30 minutes. That was only the start of his service.

Office Depot on Okeechobee Blvd. in West Palm Beach was quite busy this morning in the print dept. The associates were friendly and helpful. Reveca was the associate that helped me mostly and she truly was amazing to watch as several customers had problems and she just kept a steady pace and dealt with everyone patiently. She was knowledgeable from watching and listening to her. She did ask for opinion of another associate to handle my very old items I brought in to laminate. She wanted to make sure she handled the best way possible. And she did! Thank you, Reveca!

The manager gave great customer service by exchanging toner without a box. Now I know save the boxes toner comes in. West Palm Beach store

Was quick and easy. Many ways to print from your phone... Staff was helpful and courteous. Just remember to ask back for your $5 deposit for using the printers.

Well I walked in just for a simple label print out all the way to getting the shipping bubble wrap envelope for my item and they also put the label on for me and shipped it is well for practically nothing. One-Stop shop for absolutely everything and I would definitely keep going there for all of my shipping and handling. My experience there was a lot faster and better than the post office itself or the FedEx office UPS USPS store. Also they were not limited on items they had absolutely everything there. Also way more variety. Definitely and easy stressless great experience. The worker Alex that helped me was amazing. He was extremely helpful superfast he had me in and out of there in no time. I will definitely keep coming back to the same store that locations amazing also I hope Alex is always working when I go in there. He really knows what he's doing. Very professional.

Store 102, amazing service OMG where there is a will there’s a way. Alex and Jessika awesome team. Alex helped me with printing that even manager for another store couldn’t help with the knowledge of technology with this pleasant young man. Made my 4th of July, because I was in a jam. But he helped save the da! Managers take notice, awesome employee, it also reflects in management.

I went into Office Depot today to print some business cards for the first time and had no idea what I was doing. Ashley and Kevin were so helpful and attentive to all my needs. I’m very pleased with how my business cards turned out. I’ll be back soon to print some more! <3

The "5 stars" is for employee Ashley in the print shop not necessarily Office Depot. Ashley went above and beyond to fix a situation that she was not originally involved with and was very professional in doing so.
We went to the Office Depot on Okeechobee Blvd in West Palm Beach and placed a print order in person on a Saturday for an event being held the following Saturday. We made it very clear that we needed the items by Friday at the latest but would have liked them earlier. We were shown what materials they had in store that would be used in order to get the order on time. We called to check on the order on Wednesday are were advised that the order would be shipping via UPS from a different facility. We were not happy to hear this because we understood that the items were being printed in store. Called again on Thursday and were advised that the order had not shipped yet. Had to speak to a manager and after a lengthy phone call was told that the order was being overnight-ed and would be in store Friday. Called several times Friday and stopped in around noon and was told 2 different stories. First was the order had been cancelled and 2nd that 2 of the orders shipped. At 6pm nothing had been delivered so went back to the store and luckily Ashley was still there but close to leaving. Ashley listened to what happened and sprung into action and was able to print all of the items that we needed for a Bridal Shower the next morning at 9am. She managed to download, print and cut everything in about 40 mins (and stayed over her shift to do so). So if Ashley could do this in 40 mins with the supplies available then why did they send our order out to a facility that would need to ship it back to us especially knowing the time frame. We would have gone elsewhere if they could not have completed the order in time. So thank you very much Ashley! Office Depot is lucky to have you and you deserve recognition and a raise! You were professional and never once complained about staying later then you needed to.

My mother was in need of a replacement printer. We decided to go to this location due the close proximity to her home.
Once there, we began looking at the printers that were on display.
While doing so, store representative Jean approached us to offer his assistance.
I must say that Jean was extremely knowledgeable about their current stock, warranty information, and the number of pages that the "starter" ink cartridges would print. We found a printer that would suite her needs.
Alexander checked us out, and was very patient with my 90 year old mother and I.

I always double check Costco in office Depot for laptop computers during holidays. It seemed to me that Office Depot is always the winner

Office Depot had exactly what I was looking for. An associate took me right to them

I purchased the wrong ink cartridges for my printer and returned them. The manager and staff took the unused ink back so I was able to purchase the ink that I needed even though it was my mistake. Kudos to the manager and staff. A job well done.

I needed a printer and was a little overwhelmed by all when spending a week searching on the internet and nothing was in stock or all had bad reviews. So I went to office Depot to take a look and get some help. I got exactly that.... Partha the Solutions advisor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He spent so much time with me explaining everything and going over the features of each printer. Not trying to push me into a sale but advising on each one and letting me think about my choice. This is what good customer service is about. You don't find much of it around these days but he went above and beyond. I will now make this my go to store due to him. We did find a printer that fit my needs at a great price and I came home feeling good about my purchase.

Shelby at this location took really great care of me! I stopped at Staples just a few blocks away and they we’re unable to help me.

I came to Office Depot with my request and it was no problem for Shelby! She printed my posters quickly and sent me on my way. Office Depot only from now on!
