It’s always hard to find a good mechanic for my Sprinter van. When my cabin AC stopped working, I called around different shops, but Griffin Auto seemed like the most trustworthy.

They were available to fit me in for an appointment the next day, knew exactly what service I needed (vacuum recharge and pressure check), gave me a transparent quote, and set clear expectations.

When I arrived there, I was greeted by Russell who kept me posted over the few hours the diagnostic tool. Within 4 hours, I drove off with a working AC and it cost me exactly what they quoted.

Because my van is also a DIY camper that I travel and live in part time, I’m super particular on where I take it for service. These guys were awesome!

Great auto shop - fast, clean, friendly, fair and affordable. Will definitely be getting my regular maintenance done here.

Great local mechanic to downtown West Palm Beach. They were able to get our car in quickly, had clear communication around the issue and potential solutions, and had transparent pricing.

It’s not often to have such a great experience when getting your car repaired but I felt comfortable with them right away. Ryan gave excellent service! They even charged less than the original quote and had my car ready exactly when I needed it. I will absolutely go back to Griffin for any auto care needs.

I would highly recommend Griffin Auto Care. I have used them for all of my auto repair and maintenance since I moved down to Florida. The customer service is amazing. Angelo and Warren are always very helpful and friendly. They are very honest, and pricing is very reasonable.

I brought my own personal car recently to get it fixed and painted after a collision with a taxi driver. I was so impressed by the quality of the job and paint job that was done at their shop. I mean - really blew me away. I was super happy with it. And not only that but it also had a few minor scratches that they took care as well. Mucho Gracias!

Griffin has worked on my Honda I think 3 times now. It's old and needs a lot of love. Really appreciate their attention to detail, great communication, flexibility, fairness, all of the above. Recently had a distributor replaced and they supplied the part. In the past, I've had other parts replaced and they gave me the chance to supply my own part. Just all around great service, and they don't do any work that isn't agreed to beforehand. Thanks for everything!

I would not trust my car to anyone other than the folks at Griffin Auto! The past few weeks have been rough for me, dealing with my car accident and insurance etc. Griffin was the silver lining! Thank goodness my frustrations stopped here. They are so honest, provide excellent customer service, and their work is top quality. The current unprecedented pandemic times are tough on us all, supply chain issues are beyond all our controls - but I appreciate that Griffin really works hard for their clients,. Why go anywhere else?

UPDATE: It’s been approximately a year now since I’ve had work done at Griffin Auto Care. I needed to have my Honda power steering pump replaced. I decided to stay in their cool looking lobby to wait on the new part to arrive from the dealer so the mechanic could replace the old pump. While waiting, I had a chance to personally watch as each client who came in was professionally and kindly treated by customer service. In my case, my car was promptly repaired and I’m now back on the road again. I’ll continue to direct my family and friends to this great shop.

These guys were honest and upfront with us from the start. Our daughter is a student at PBA and had been taken advantage of at a local dealership. My car was towed to this shop after hours for a flat. The owner was still there and was able to plug my tire ASAP so I could get back on the road. Billy was professional, friendly and works in the best interest of his customers. Great experience and definitely recommend!

I brought my vehicle to Griffin at the recommendation of AAA and I'm glad I did. Manager Marc and his team were welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in the door. They were prompt in giving me an estimate for the necessary work and very through in explaining what they were going to do. The work was done in a timely manner and Griffin kept me posted throughout the process. I also found the price to very reasonable. Needless to say, I was very pleased with my experience here and will certainly bring my vehicle back whenever I need any work done.

Griffin repaired a damaged vehicle for me (via Progressive Insurance). A few days later I noticed a rear window water leak after some heavy rain. The leak caused the rear camera to malfunction. I called Progressive, who asked me to return to Griffin. Ryan was excellent in terms of trouble-shooting, keeping me informed, repairing the defects, and returning my vehicle in tip-top shape. They even washed the car before returning my keys - a nice touch that is unheard of nowadays. Great job Griffin, thank you!

Anytime I go there, Angelo has taken the best care of my mechanical needs. He is quick, polite and passionate about his work. All the employees are great but he just stands out to the rest.
