I was prospecting for my sales position and entered Sewell Hardware. Spoke to Michael. Offered our services but also questioned if they had upscale mailboxes. I ended up purchasing a beautiful custom designed mailbox. GORGEOUS! Customer service delivery was impressive. Michael reviewed every detail of what I needed and double check to make sure spelling and delivery was perfect. Our high quality products are beautiful. We will be back for other unique items. This is a full-service hardware store with beautiful offerings that you won't find anywhere else! We will be back to shop for gorgeous drawer pulls.

Fantastic, great help l. Purchased the wrong size band saw blade and within moments these figures out the right size and refund my purchase right away.

The man working was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. When we came in, he was busy working with another customer and he definitely went above and beyond to take care of all of us. The service was excellent and I will definitely be back.

Michael the manager is amazing, very friendly, knowledgeable and HELPFUL! Everyone seems to have an enjoyable time working there and it really makes a difference to do business with people that seem to like their jobs, people that are happy. It all comes from the top down: efficient, friendly and competent.

Always have a good experience. Yea, no one holds my hand when I walk in the door, but that's the service I'm looking for. If you go in and know what you need, they are always willing to help. Only slight I might add is that they are about 60-80% more expensive than my regular place in Pompano.

I went there to get my bosch sds drill repaired. I left with a new upgraded one because of how I was treated by the friendly people that work there. It was my first time there and I had no intentions of spending any money other than for my repair. It's a hardware store for pros ran by pros!

We had a complex lock application for a custom door that did not work. In working with the counter men they solved the lock problem at store level, resulting in a speedy installation saving weeks of re-order time. I was very impressed with their expertise, patience, and customer service. They will be my go-to Hardware needs from here on out.

Not only did they treat me like I was the only customer in the world They went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy I will never go anywhere else besides this place when I need door supplies

Been shopping at this company since I was a young man whenever you need specialty Hardware or quality drill bits and Taps that's where you go.

Today was my 1st time at Sewell and I was very impressed! The store was clean, well organized and the staff were friendly and helpful. All in all, a great experience!

Great place they have hard to find hardware, although they didn't have 2 1/4" flush head wood screws needed for chair cushions 2" to short and 2 1/2" to long Home depot or Lowes had them either on line for this one!

It's not a mom and pop hardware store anymore but a West Palm Beach institution nonetheless. Quality home hardware, highly skilled employees, and a desire to serve the community make for a combination the leads to excellence.

Best commercial hardware in the state. Mike Burns and Mike Cleary are some of the best with hard to find replacement parts. Rest of the staff is quality also.

Only Store in town I'll go to for FESTOOL, FEIN, JET, POWERMATIC, BOSCH, ETC! Very thankful for this store, the people that care and ask about my company every time I walk in the door. Sewell is a necessary part of how I plan to grow my little business!
