Shoe Palace

Shopped at Shoe Palace today, Nov 30, 2023. Was greeted by Joe (salesman). He was so helpful, friendly, service with a smile. Joe suggested several pieces of clothing that I was looking for. So happy with his help and expertise. Looking forward to coming back. Another sales worker Jose was also helpful. Super friendly as well. Great staff!

Shout to the crew at Wellington definitely blessed us today as we were shopping yesterday accidentally left my bag at the store and went today to see if by anyway I can find it. I passed by the store and asked if anyone found a bag with clothes I left it yesterday possibly here at this store and without a doubt they had the bag with them they secured it and I appreciate them for it. thank you for the staff. Appreciate your integrity and your honesty Jose Roach Jose Cruz and Daily and the rest of the team that I didn't see at times we could say no to things that we know we should say yes and this time I believe that the crew that you have working there are honest and have values. Joe and the staff of shoe palace was amazing I came in with my family of 8 and they helped us shop at ease. Even made sure we got the best deals!!!!

Joe is the best manager, he is always trying to help his customers in any way shape or form. The employees are always willing to help you find the perfect shoe for you. There is a huge catalog of shoes there and they’re all amazing. I personally was trying to exchange my sons shoes and he helped me and even called me back on the day we were supposed to exchange the shoes, that is just a great example of customer service. Great job Joe I will be coming back 👍

Nice shoes, good customer service. They have a lot employees who are ready to assist you as soon as you walk in the door. Other places you have to wait due to a shortage of workers!

The staff at Shoe Palace at the Wellington Mall is what has me coming back. The customer service is great, specifically, Samantha. She was attentive and helpful to select the right shoes for me. This store is particularly busy and the employees starting from the manager, Patrick, and the rest of the team, are nice and always working hard. Thank you guys!!

First time shopping at Shoe Palace Wellington Mall (Saturday Dec 17, 2022)...beautiful store, clean, well stocked. Especially liked the merchandise. I was very impressed with the staff. Daily was helpful in helping me look for sizes etc...Christina, the cashier was very pleasant, service with a smile. Store manager Lorenzo was very helpful, so kind. As a Canadian , I was super impressed with the store and employees. Will definitely shop here again in the New Year (when I return to Florida) 5* store!

Bergeline and Joe are an amazing team! I wasn’t sure on what I was planning on buying today but she welcomed me into the store and assisted me on finding a great pair for Jordan’s and also helped me find a great outfit to go along with it! And to keep my shoes well maintained she showed me the cleaners and protective sprays to go along with it as well as some great socks too! This store is great and I’ll definitely be back again! I am simply impressed with the amazing costumer service!

We came to the mall today to get my sons school shopping done. I was able to get clothes and sneakers with the help G and Jose! They were super helpful and I was able to get everything we needed! One stop shopping! Thank you G and Jose!
