So Fit Gym

I visited this gym while in Pooler and it's awesome! The staff are great and it has top of the line equipment. I didn't take a class, but I saw a class going on and it looked AWESOME! It was challenging and fun and some of the exercises we really unique, which is great because you can learn something during the classes too. I met Todd at the front and he was super nice and upfront about all the membership options.
I believe Brooke was the one teaching the class at the time and she was a fantastic instructor.
I've gone to the gym my entire life and I can tell you that this one is top-notch. You'll love the people and diverse equipment they have!

Sofit is a very clean and organized gym/business. I recently took my first yoga class and I think I found my new favorite hobby. The instructor seemed very well versed in yoga and made an intimidating first experience very comfortable.

I have been to commercial and private owned gyms . This is the best one gym I have been too across multiple states. Customer service there is great and the owner really cares about the clientele. Never super packed so you can get your work out in no matter what you are doing . They also carry a decent supplies of powders, protein drinks, and even RTE meals for after the workout

Ask for Corey ! He is amazing! Personal trainer and lots of class choices make this my “go to” gym

I have been a member to a couple of gyms before but SoFit is by far my favorite place! Working out there is almost like a having another family.
Dean is such an attentive owner and does a great job.

This gym is clean ; that matters to me. The owner is constantly working to keep supplies ready for wiping down each piece of equipment, for the restrooms, for snacks and drinks. And it's a very friendly atmosphere. I love going to work out at SoFit!

The gym has everything you could want, is up to date and clean. I used the functional fitness area for a couple of WODs and the machine and free weight areas as well. Dean the owner is very responsive and is always there with a watchful eye. I was a drop-in from out of town and would be a member if I were local.

This has been my gym for around 6 months, and it’s honestly great! They have speakers available for guest use, showers, and such good variety of equipment (: the staff are very helpful and friendly & they also have daily classes for an affordable price ☺

LOVE this gym. Open 24/7. Has everything you could need. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Also I’ve never seen someone remove their shirt but a few females do workout in sports bras? I mean it’s a gym? Haha

I love this gym... they do an amazing job of going through an evaluation with their new clients. The evaluation is total from goals, nutrition, current status etc. They also include a few free training sessions when you sign up. I've been there for about 3 weeks and I'm happy with my choice to be a member. They even have childcare. This gym has something for everyone

1st time here joined cause it's accessible to work and helps avoid traffic. It's a great gym it may appear small but it has everything you need and is well organized and very clean.

The environment at the gym is so pleasant. Staff recognize me and call me by name making me feel as though they value my presence. I attend Senior Yoga classes and want everyone to know how yoga has improved my life. Ace, our yoga guide, is amazing in that she tailors her poses to match the skill level and capabilities of her class. Another welcome feature is that the yoga equipment required for the class is provided by SoFit for our use. Thank you for that! And thank you for caring enough about your patrons to make a welcoming space for us.

SoFit has a great deal of equipment in each area. Even at the busiest times, there are plenty of stations. The environment is comfortable for anyone at any stage in their fitness journey. Dean and his team are always helpful and courteous.

Great gym with a wide variety of cardio machines, free weights and body weight training equipment also which helps with mixing up workouts to keep things interesting.

I found SoFit Gym as an accident several years ago. It was the first time I'd ever been to a gym where the staff where both knowledgeable and friendly. It was like they challenged me and encouraged me. Years later, I began working at SoFit. It's gotten even better over the past 2 years with more equipment and staff. I still love working here and still love working out here. Great atmosphere. It has group fitness, personal training, childcare, and a wide range of training types offered. No matter what your goals are SoFit Gym is the place to unlock the best version of yourself! Come see us!

Best gym around by far. Everyone that goes here is all around helpful and cheerful. Not to mention the owner and staff. Feels like they know everyone by either name or face I can’t wait to see how they expand in the future!

Really great gym. I’ve been a member of some sort of gym for the past 15 years, all over the country, and I’ve gotta say this place is the best one I’ve ever been apart of. It’s small, but has everything anyone could need. I was worried about it being too small at first, but honestly it makes it better. It seems like I’m working out around my neighbors. Everyone is extremely polite and easy going, guests and staff a like.its very clean, and there is almost always a staff member working until well after 8pm.

I go to the gym to meditate kind of, unwind and process my day. I’m kind of an introvert, and everyone there seems to have this way of letting me get my peace, but also help me feel apart of my community. This is the first gym that has been not only beneficial to my physical health, but actually has helped support my mental health. It’s weird to think I’m saying that but it is true.

Aaron the manager is one of the most positive and excited person I’ve ever seen. He is almost always there sometimes with his family and it’s really cool to see.

I’m very glad to be a part of the so fit community. Just give them ur money, trust me it’s well worth it.

Great space! Love that it’s 24hr. Multiple squat racks and flat barbell bench which you can’t find at other gyms in this area. Never too crowded and I love the staff.

Fantastic gym! Love the atmosphere, has a section that is similar to a CrossFit “box”, while having a good variety of machines and equipment. Equipment is kept in great shape.

Great gym ! Open 24 hours . Clean , the women 's locker room is clean , the air conditioners are in good condition . I will definitely come here again ( I 'm from another state )
