Zunzi's

The food was great, they have unique flavors and ways of making their sandwiches however the service is probably the best thing about this place. The servers were 1. Friendly and helpful on menu selection and did excellent on explaining everything on the menu. 2. Not only did my server come to check and see how my experience and food was and if it was to my liking but management along with other servers also came to check periodically this place obviously is VERY INTERESTED in keeping good customer service and customer relations( cannot stress that enough)!!! 3. LOCATION- is always important but it is convenient in the downtown area. Has a lovely outdoor patio with nice large umbrellas to keep you shaded and was a delight. I personally chose the outdoor seating but they do have indoor seating as well.

Zunzi’s is awesome! Greta music, great food, great outdoor area, perfect vibe for an afternoon lunch to coast into the weekend 😎

The hot chicken wings aren’t all that hot but the sauce is still really good. 10/10. I’ll have lunch every time I come to Savannah from now on!

Our server (Madison) was really cool and fun too, she did a great job! Fun spot!!!

This was our first stop in Savannah. Sandwiches are amazing (conquistador and godfather) and the service from Sam was even better! Sipping beers on the patio with a delicious sanny was the best way to start our trip.

Okay let me be open and honest here, the service is top not and laid back. A weird but effective combo. Mads is mad great and really needs a raise. Shes just wow.

Food: I had the Peri Peri Cheese Dip as a starter and I barely got started on them before my Slaap Chips (Old Town Indian Curry Chili) showed up. The spice level was perfect and the portion side is huge. Im staying at the #marshallhouse in the historic Savannah downtown. Ill be bringing home some balcony food to have while i have mamosas on the overlook. People watching just went from great to fantastic with leftovers from #zunzis.

Drinks: I had the Hot Rita with my Slaap Chips. Since i had the Old Town Indian Curry Chili version of the Slaap Chips, the Hot Rita was a perfectly hot pairing. From what i understand, they upgraded the tequila. To he honest, i loved the Hot ‘Rita a year and a half ago and i loved it every bit as much this time around two. I trust their judgment on the tequila selection.

Overall opinion: can i just say that there is really no reason to not come here on vacation. This is the lunch spot stop for me. 5 star review from this guy.

Arguable thee best meal while on our weekend trip to Savannah. Drinks were great and the sandwiches were flavorful. Highly recommend stopping in for a quick bit while running through the city.

Outdoor space was fun and perfect for families. Great location, loved the vegan options (including vegan versions of dressings and dips). Server Nathan was super friendly, attentive, and nice.

Small but very interesting menu.

The Conquistador sandwich was pretty good! The roll was a bit old and dry but the chicken, sauce, and provolone were delicious.

The staff was fast, efficient, and friendly, overall a great to stop for lunch!

One of my favorite go-to's in Savannah! Love the Oliver's Lunch Bowl, Peri Pero cheese dip, wings, and sausage as well as many of their specialty drinks! The Hot Rita and the Apple Pie Cider are delicious!

We greatly enjoyed Godfather and Bird Island sandwiches. Description is deceiving simple, but the flavors were vibrant, esp the sauces. Still don’t know what dank sauce is, but sign me up! Mango Tango margarita with tajin rim was very refreshing. Service was above and beyond, esp the managers attention to our table. Would recommend to anyone visiting Savannah.

We came several years ago, when they operated out of a stand. We weren't able to get the Walkie Talkie pita wrap they had then but the food on the present menu is just as amazing! Hubby had the Conquistador with mustafa sauce and I had the SLAAP nachos with the Old World Indian curry topped over. Both dishes were amazing and the Zunzi tea (unsweetened) was super refreshing and unique. The staff was wonderful and we loved the vibe. Thank you Zunzi for another great experience on our second visit to Savannah!

Danielle is the best server! She is very patient with questions and has the best suggestions. We got the wings for an appetizer per her and tried the dank sauce it was SO GOOD. 100% request her if you come.

We really enjoyed the newer location on Drayton. Great sandwiches and drinks. Our server was outstanding. Had such a good time that we came back for their late-night Happy Hour.

Solid choice for a lunch stop. Both meals were good, service was fast, and the patio is huge. Sauces were delicious.

Lauren was an above and beyond server! I was thrilled to see she was well versed in vegan vegetarian and allergy friendly options. She asked if we needed waters to go which we absolutely did and was the friendliest most attentive server we’ve had in a very long time!
The food was phenomenal, again super vegan friendly, well marked on the menu and the portion sizes were out of this world!

Hands down the best sandwich we’ve had in a very long time. I ordered The Godfather and Bird Island. Both equally delicious. Full of flavor. And their sauce…delicious! If definitely come back next time I’m in the area.

We visited this spot a few years ago and it was so good we had to come back! They did some renovations in that time span and WOW! It looks amazing! And the food hasn't changed a bit; the peach tea is incredible and the sandwiches are BOMB! My only complaint is that they did mess up our order intially, but in the end it was all fixed and if wasn't much of a big deal. It was so worth the nearly 4-year wait to come back! There's a reason this spot ranks HIGH our family's top restaurants list. It's a decent walk away from the downtown area, but it's SO worth it! Please visit Zunzibar in Savannah, it will make your trip!

Amazing sandwich (Godfather) with sausage and grilled chicken and two mild cheeses. No overpowering flavors so everything worked very well together. House-made chips are ADDICTIVE. A little loud for lunch and my server was a little slow but I will definitely be back next time I’m in Savannah.

My husband & I shared the two most popular sandwiches, the Conquistador and the Godfather. We preferred the Godfather over the Conquistador but both were AHmazing. The Godfather has pork and as true Midwesterners it stole our heart. If you're going for a light lunch then you definitely could just share one! For drinks we ordered based off our waiter's recommendation and tried the Perfect Pineapple and the Cape Town Tea, both were good but the Cape Town Tea we would order again! Great staff and fast service !

Got the Godfather sandwich based on reviews and it lived up to the hype. So many great flavors going on. I wasn’t sure if it was going to be up my alley because it seemed unique but I really enjoyed it. I loved their specialty sauces and the house chips were soooo good. Waiter was quick and friendly. Nice outdoor seating and handicap accessible. Would definitely come back when visiting again.
