Tequila's Town Mexican Restaurant

Oh my gosh. This was absolutely delicious!! Such a fun and lively atmosphere. The food was top tier and the people were absolutely darling. I’ll be making the 45 minute drive here much more often. You only do that for truly delicious food.

What a fun place. The staff was very friendly and our food was delicious! We couldn't get enough of the chips and salsa and my steak quesadilla was great! A variety of tacos were had by the rest of the group.

Nice Mexican restaurant in easy walking distance from downtown area. I ordered chorizo and cheese along with flautas both items were excellent and served quickly. Chips and salsa were complimentary. Decor was interesting.

We had a great time here! The food, the margaritas, and the service were excellent! The location was very convenient next to a lot of relevant areas. Will certainly come back here.

We were looking for a great spot for Mexican food. Friends suggested Tequila Town. It was great, this little spot was the perfect choice. Our server, Scarlet, was fabulous. She made a great recommendation for one of the bowls. Delicious and the guacamole that was made at our table was some of the best we ever had. Scarlet had a great personality and met all of our needs. Even gave some great advice on area places to visit as it was our first time in Savannah. Great experience for us.

Great food and excellent service from Ally! This is the first restaurant on our trip that we were seated quickly and had a drink in hand in under 5 minutes. Definitely a great lunch spot with perfect smaller lunch portions offered until 3pm.

We really enjoyed our dinner and drinks at Tequila Town tonight. Not a big bar, seats about 6, but I had a draft and my wife a Strawberry Margarita both were good. Not a big draft beer selection but I was looking for tons of different beers.
Our food was excellent and very quick and delicious. The service was fantastic and someone was always asking if we needed anything. A bit loud for conversation but it's Saturday so expected. It really got busy about 6:30 pm so go early or you might have to wait. Wasn't super expensive about $$$.

Cozy atmosphere with wrlell priced meals and drinks were wonderful. Server was polite and friendly, kept checking on us to see if there was anything we needed. Definitely be back again soon. Good spot to eat.

Really great Mexican food and large Delicious Margaritas. Was not expecting this place to be this good. Service was great as well. Will definitely be back next time I'm in town.

Fantastic and authentic Mexican food. Fresh and flavorful. Chips and salsa delivered just as I sat down. Server allowed me to a sample the horchata before ordering. Plentiful drink refills and server checked on me several times. Ordered shrimp tacos (3 for $12 - great value!). Food came quickly and was delicious!

The Carne Asada Colorado was great. Margaritas were pretty good too.

Needs a bit more guacamole. This didn't come with much.

Stopped in Savannah for lunch on the way back home from Florida. Tequila’s Town was recommended by a neighborhood pub that wasn’t serving lunch yet. So glad we found this place. Great lunch. Obviously family owned. Quick, friendly service. Good tequila recommendation. Olé!

Food was delicious and customer service was first rate. Although the place was busy (always a good sign), we were greeted and seated quickly. All staff were friendly and service was excellent. My wife had a peach margarita with her meal, which she loved.

A lot of people are recommending Tequilas Town. And I can see why!

Super quick service- after placing the order, we received our plates within 10-15 minutes. Our waiter checked on our table frequently. The food was great. I usually don’t eat the beans that come with my order, but there’s were actually pretty good. Great for a quick bite.

I love this place! The food was exactly what I was looking for very authentic and tasty! The tableside guacamole was to die for and the drinks were very very good! 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone looking for great mexican food, will definitely be back!

Friends visiting from out of town wanted some Mexican food. Decided on Tequila Town and we weren’t disappointed. I had a Peach Margarita which was delicious. Each person gets there own bowl of salsa. We also ordered the Chorizo Queso dip. For dinner we had the Shrimp Tacos, Sopes with Chicken, the Burritos and one dish I don’t remember. Everything was very tasty. Look forward to returning in the future!

We had an incredible experience here! BEST customer service ever. Our baby was super tired from a long day of exploring. They got us some water for a bottle right away. We were enjoying our guacamole that was made tableside (SO good!!) When our baby threw up all over. They were so quick and so kind to clean up. We had just got our plates but hadn't eaten a thing so we asked to have it boxed up. They did so very quickly with a smile on their faces. It was a rough night for our baby but they made it great. We took the food back to our hotel and enjoyed how delicious it was!

Amazing food. Best chili Colorado I've ever had in my life. Service was a little slow at times but they were super busy and did get us everything we asked for. Really lovely people. Definitely highly recommend.

One of my favorite spots in Savannah after a friend introduced me to it in 2019. I moved to ATL and I really really wish they had a location up here. So far I can’t find burritos as good as theirs. 😭 Service and food was great.
