The staff is very friendly, i was met with a smile from every employee. It is clean, they wear masks, and the clothing price is unbeatable. The clothing itself is not cheaply made, every clothing item I saw was made with good quality fabrics. They have everything from dresses, shirts, pants, skirts, shoes, perfume, lingerie, and bags. They offer ApplePay as well! Love this store.

Awful customer service. We tried to exchange a romper for a different size, which still had all tags on. We spent nearly $200 the week prior. Employee was rude and lied to her manager about remembering us. The manager herself kept talking over us and was snippy. They have now lost several customers. What a shame...

Non accommodating. The return policy is non existent, they only do exchanges with tags still on within 15 days of purchase. That alone is strict, my 11 years old daughter who followed all of those rules because she asked prior to purchase because there are no fitting rooms. Then not be able to exchange her items because there was no receipt, but the woman who checked us out remembered us, she paid with cash, it was within 15 days, and the tag was still attached. The clothes are cute although very cheap, I guess the scenario basically States you get what you pay for.

Loved the style and prints. I had an armful of clothing to try on and was told no fitting rooms. F that. If I’m going to spend my hard earned money on clothing you better believe I’m going to try them on and see how they fit my body and how they feel. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. You’ve been warned.

Not shopping here ever again. I bought a fem items last Saturday, came home and noticed that one of them came without a tag which surprised me. I had try the stuff on at home because there are no fitting rooms and noticed the item had a pulled string and it showed when you wear it. I decided to bring it back and although the item appears on my card they will not exchange it for anything else. I am honest shopper but you want to treat me otherwise, you could keep this item and the $9. I won't be shopping there again though. Warning be careful what you choose as the quality of the products is not so good so you don't stuck with an item you will need to trash and make sure your item has the tag on before you take it home, oh and without a dressing room look out for issues that you can't see until you have it on. This store will probably not be there long, sad to say, everything is mostly out of season so it's hard to find something you need. Good luck!

My daughter and I went to the Wellington store. We were ignored until I asked for assistance. We purchased leggings and shorts to try. The clothes were awful. They were cheaply made and they did not feel right. When we went to return them they said it had to be returned within 15 days. This was not anywhere in the store or on the receipt. We were ripped off. Do not shop at this flea market if a store.

I just came to the store. Owners need to hire stuff with better customer service. The employee did not even get up from the chair, she was on her cellphone all the time.
