Honestly my soul needed to be around good spirited women. I truly enjoyed getting my hair done here. The other clients were very sweet and down to earth and most of all, CeeCee and her staff were pleasant and professional to me. I’ll start coming here permanently! DO NOT waste your time or money. I had a makeup appointment on my birthday. I arrive in time, at 5pm. I waited for about 15 minutes, with nobody updating me on the status of the individual doing my makeup. I was just told to have a seat. I texted the woman & she told me my appointment was for 6pm. I screenshot her my confirmation e-mail showing 5pm. She said my appointment was at 6 & but she’s late so it would be 6:30. My birthday dinner was at 7, & this woman didn’t discuss with me any time change up until that moment. I couldn’t get my makeup done before my birthday dinner. I was sitting there for 30 minutes and had to drive back home. A complete waste of my time. I really hope these people learn respect and professionalism. From the other reviews, it looks like nothing has changed.

If you want to waste your entire day on getting a wig install that should only take an hour to install and style and paid a booking fee. I would recommend this shop. It is a total waste of time and money! I do not recommend you going to this shop. Yes she styles the hair nice but I paid for an appointment and on her booking site it is supposedly 30 minutes but I waited 7 hours because she was taking in her friends walk ins to get my hair done for my brothers wedding. If I could I would give her a lower rating than 1 star. The bathroom is dirty and she doesn’t even have regular soap she added water to the bottle to make it last longer I don’t even know if she changed that soapy water in a while. That has to be a safety and sanitation violation when owning a business. The floors looks as if it had never been moped in years the equipment is filthy for the money your spending it doesn’t look like it going towards the equipment being used on your hair. I’m going to report to the better business bureau to see if a safety inspector will check out the safety violations in the shop.

They are very disrespectful and unprofessional. My appointment was at 12:30 pm and I finished around 8 pm. When I walked in I wasnt even greeted nor was I given instructions on where to go and what to do. The whole duration of the “appointment” they were just laughing, talking, eating, and on their phones making me stay the whole day when the appointment should’ve only lasted 2-3 hours max. I also came braided which should’ve shortened the time significantly. They also messed up my hair and when I confronted them about it they were laughing and making fun of me. DONT COME HERE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

You will be there alllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll day. No matter what time your appointment is. I arrived on time for my appointment and was there for 9 hrs. The hair is cute , but you can find others that will respect your time.

Very unprofessional. Would not return ever again. No need for an appointment because the walk ins go before you. If you want to waste 6 to 7 hours of your life then go to her because they are very unorganized. How you start appointments at 10am but you come at 12pm. I do not recommend at all!

I really don’t understand the point of having a booking site if you’re going to be there for HOURS REGARDLESS. I will never come back wow. 0 stars!

Listen , I Don’t Do Reviews Never Have BUT THIS PLACE ... The Owner “CeCe” Is NEVER On Time , Her Workers Are Disrespectful & Need To Be Knocked Off That High Horse They On , & You’ll Sit For 5 Hours Minimum Here Regardless Of What Service You Need Waiting Because They Move Like They Have Nothing To Do . Definitely 1/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Lace choppy, to busy on their phones, and I didn't get what I asked for. It took almost 6 hours for a sew in. Never again. If I could give it zero stars I would.
