What a great ski shop. Better than the ones up north. Staff was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Cant get those services online, which is an option tho, if you prefer. Business is ran very well. Highly recommended.

Peter Glenn Ski & Sports has truly been a game changer for me in the snowboarding world. Upon walking into the Palm Beach location for the first time I was immediately greeted with a warm "waddup" from the staff! Everyone at this location is very friendly and knowledgeable in the subject matter. Brad is the man; he always makes time for all the questions I have and sees that I leave happy EVERYTIME! Arick, Jason, Rachel, Biani and I always have great conversations and they make me feel like family while shopping. I picked up a bunch of new gear for this season and I strongly recommend you stop in and see them for your next outdoor adventure.

The sales associate was so helpful and patient as he helped us try on several different in-line skates. He also was very knowledgeable and gave us so much information to help us decide. This store sells quality stuff and the people there make shopping enjoyable. Highly recommend if you are looking for skates, running shoes, or other sports attire & accessories. We will definitely be returning if we ever need more gear!

I’ve been a customer at this West Palm location for several years now and I keep coming back for the exceptional customer service. For all my outdoor/winter needs they have the solution. Not only that, it’s always an enjoyable shopping experience, never stressful. All the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Brad especially has gone beyond measures to be sure every visit is spectacular and he should be recognized. Great store, managed well, thank you guys!

I have to give kudos to the entire WPB staff at Peter Glenn. They were extremely helpful and patient giving their customers as much time as needed to answer questions and offer suggestions! Brad was especially helpful and went out of his way to make our purchasing experience memorable, even reaching out to other stores to make sure he could find what we were looking for. His customer service was exceptional!

Always helpful and always find what I need before winter trips

Great store with fantastic service. This store is so well run and clean! Brad the manager has been of super assistance to me. I had some damage to a Thule SUP rack and he has been going above the call of duty to help fix it. I purchased it at their store and it is an excellent product. I wanted to shout out because he and the store deserve it.

Jason was Terrific! I bought inline skates which are difficult to find right now in southern FL. He got me in the right pair and they fit well. Customer service that goes beyond my expectations is rare now a days!

Excellent selection of summer and winter sports props all-year-round. I came during the summer, looking for skying gear and they were very helpful in orienting me.

Came in looking for inline skates after going to a big sports store and getting no help. My husband and I were greeted by Jason and can I say... what a huge difference in customer service! So knowledgeable about the different types of skates and what would work best for me based and my experience level. Jason took his time to show me all the different skates in my size for me to try them on and see which one felt best for me. Such a great experience. Left with the perfect skates for me at a great price! Thanks Jason!!!!

Great experience all because of Rachel and the tall gentlemen they both assisted my son and I in finding the proper clothing and gear for my up coming snowboarding trip. Rachel ward extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the different gear and snowboarding in general and she was able stay within my budget while still getting great quality items. We also shared our snowboarding experiences, I had a great experience shopping here. I will be back next month to wax my snowboard.

Great shop. It seems a little out of place being the last time it snowed here was 1977. I suppose we all holiday though. Great selection in shoes and they happened to have a pair of leggings from beaver creek in colorado and my wife was pretty keen on those. Great spot.

I called this store and spoke to Mark, I was looking for inline skates for my travel pro luggage. I knew this was out of the box, but Mark was patient and helpful. He lent me a screwdriver so I could check the size. I ended up leaving to make sure I could remove the ball bearings on my luggage wheels and then returned later that day to purchase inline wheels from them. I know this was not his normal request but he was pleasant and I would recommend this store to anyone needing sporting equipment. Thank you Mark!

My wife and I found out the night before our first ever ski trip that our cotton based warm clothes are totally insufficient for snow activities. We blitzed over to Peter Glenn and were fortunate to have been greeted by Amelia. We told her what we were looking for as well as the price range and she could not have been more helpful. This was not a “going through the motions“ kind of helpful, she was genuinely interested in outfitting us and keeping within our stated price range. She was also very informative as to what to expect on the slopes since she has been snow skiing for many years. I ended up exceeding my budget a little bit but not due to any hard selling whatsoever, just seeing that a little more money got me much better quality items. Thank you Amelia and to PG mgmt for hiring and training such good staff. I see from many other reviews that my experience was the norm rather than the exception. KUDOS TO PETER GLENN!!!
