Donuts that are made hot and fresh as you order. Unique flavors that are fun and delicious. The fruit flavors taste exactly like the fruit as opposed to colored icing.

Also had a croissant breakfast sandwich that had a thick layer of sausage with a crispy crust.

My first time and definitely will not be my last- the staff is superb especially chase. He went out of his way for my daughter and her sprinkle donut. He literally made her day! The food and the donuts were to die for! Even the ice coffee was impressive. I will be back soon to try more! This is the kind of customer service that will make a business successful.

Donuts are fresh, made to order and delicious. The coffee is real good as well. The service is top notch and I am thrilled they are open.

I used to travel to Krispy Kream religiously from West Palm. Now I cant even fathom going back there when you have a place THAT KILLS IT!!! Factory Donuts is a family business that I'm stoked to have helped out and they make their donuts made to order! Like who the hell else does that!? I got two French Toast donuts along with two s'mores and one butter crunch. They were all made on the spot, from the dough being places in the fryer to the toppings and icing put on! I am in love with this place and the staff are on their A-game! I will be coming back here very soon. ✌

Stopped in to Factory Donuts to grab a dozen for my coworkers and they are AMAZING! I watched them make all my fresh donuts right in front of me. Yummy iced coffee and breakfast sandwich as well. Quick service and smiles all around. Thank you from the teachers for making our day!

Tucked away in the back of the shopping center. The staff was energetic and committed to the quality. The Apple cider donuts are hot and fresh! Worth the stop!

I absolutely love the environment in this establishment. The donuts are made right in front of your eyes, it’s amazing. The workers there are so inviting and full of energy. The donuts themselves are beautifully presented to you before they close the box. The donuts tasted absolutely amazing, they were so warm and soft. While we were having our donuts outside, a worker came out to make sure everything was alright, and it most certainly was. 100/10 would recommend! It’s amazing! :)

I really enjoyed the donuts I ordered the chocolate sprinkle which I liked but the maple bacon donut was by far my favorite. Very fresh very warm. Their donuts are on the denser side and are very filling but delicious. Overall I really enjoyed my experience the employees were very welcoming and made sure to explain everything to me very thoroughly. Would highly recommend.

I love this place the donuts are the best. I used to go to Jupiter Donuts before I found this place and WOW is this place just so much better. Their donuts are so fresh and soft you can feel the warmth. The employees are very nice the moment I walked in I was welcomed. I was unsure of what donut to get and he gave me three of his favorites that I might like and I decided to try them. I really liked the french toast, blueberry bake, and the maple bacon donuts. Overall this place is great and I highly recommend 10/10 I will be coming here again and recommending to all my friends and colleagues.

Delicious and made to order, Factory Donuts is a win for Wellington. The only problem is choosing just 1 donut!

Based on the fact that the owner took the time to respond to my OP, I decided to give the place another try. I picked up some donuts on my way to work. My friend came into my office and tried one, then I tried one.. I can honestly say that I was not expecting how delicious these were! On my initial visit I only had a sandwich. My friend and I ended up splitting the entire box and did not share with anyone else. I know, shame on me, but it was so worth it! I actually hid them from any other visitors! 😋I will definitely be back because this is my favorite new donut place! Oh, and the greeting was better this time, not warm and fuzzy, but with these donuts I think I'll just ignore the lukewarm service.

Good food and the people were polite enough. I however will probably not go there again because the manager (or the person who seemed to be in charge) did not treat her staff well (she popped out from the back, snapped something and ducked back), and there was such a negative energy in the place. All of the employees seemed a bit intimidated by her and nobody seemed particularly welcoming. I may love the food, but I will not patronize a business that doesn't treat their employees well or make me feel welcome.

Was so pleasantly surprised by how delicious these donuts were. Fresh, warm, and made to order. The cinnamon sugar was particularly great!! Friendly staff and very clean. I’ll definitely be sure to come again when I’m in town :)

Ordered a dozen donuts, small hazelnut iced coffee, and a bacon egg & cheese bagel! Wasn’t disappointed at all! The maple bacon donut is BY FAR THE BEST donut I’ve ever had and the chocolate mint was also delicious— and i am not a mint fan 😂. The sandwich was also very good. The service was great and the place was clean. I’d go back! Good luck guys!

This was my family’s 1st time trying Factory Donuts and we are sure to return! We notified our cashier, Chase S., that this was our 1st visit and he patiently took the time to explain the entire process of how our donuts would be created fresh. The workers that prepared our food were friendly and thorough (even changing gloves after preparing every order). It was an excellent experience.

Stopped by this morning and got a dozen donuts to go. They were still warm after we got home! So cool watching the process up close from batter to box. The flavor combinations were a great mix of traditional and creative and the donuts were perfectly crispy on the outside and delicious on the inside. We will definitely be back!

Stopped in today, my first time ever- recently moved to Wellington. The service was prompt
and super friendly! Loved the Maple frosted, tasted like real Maple syrup! Can’t wait to try more - as well as the coffee!
These would be perfect to take to a friend/friend gathering! Packaging is very nice! 🍩

UPDATE: Had donuts delivered from Uber Eats, they were so good and I am glad I gave it another go! I had the baked french toast donut, it tasted like french toast but there was a glob of chocolate frosting in the middle so not my favorite but my son inhaled the chocolate covered strawberry donut. The iced coffee was great but the music was ridiculously loud, like we had to yell to place our order
