I would like to say I had a great experience at office max. Even though I just had to make a few colored copies. Lisa that worked in that department helped me tremendously, very helpful, knowledgeable, very nice person to work with, and has a great attitude.

Tricia and Kat from OfficeMax went above and beyond to ensure my last-minute printing needs were met, making my grandmother's 80th birthday celebration a success. Kudos to the team for their consistently excellent service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Well organized store, print service is located at the front of the store, staff is cheerful and helpful, inventory is properly displayed and it was easy to find and select what I wanted to purchase.

One thing the brick and mortar store offer over online purchases is the opportunity to look at the appearance, size, and physical feature prior to your purchase. My sales person was well versed on the printer I purchased and gave valid input.

Very helpful! That location didn't have 2 chairs in the same color, so they checked close stores. Since they didn't have them, the clerk ordered them & had them shipped directly to my house for no shipping charge! He said that they should arrive in a couple of day, but they arrived the next day!

Alex was very helpful and let us know we could order a printer that wasn't available at that store. He also told us it could be delivered without any extra cost.

What's not to like? Products are on display, prices are right, & no wait for delivery.

I was able to find exactly what I needed and purchase it quickly and efficiently.

Best customer service ever in print department!!

Alex noticed me right away and said hello and welcome to Office Max, how nice. What I really appreciated about Alex was how careful and thoughtful he was about taking care of my transactions. It was a little complicated because I had to return an item what I got that was the wrong size. No worries, Alex is very detail oriented and look care of everything perfectly. He also asked me if I needed any USPS postage stamps which I did. One last errand to run I was so glad Alex asked me. Fast, friendly, kind and fantastic Alex took care of all my transactions. He really cares about providing excellent and accurate customer service. Thank you Alex!

Excellent customer service! Renae took the time to figure out the problem for me. Also, the manager saw that I was checking out behind a very slow customer and came over and checked me out. They are very tuned in to the customer, which is very rare these days.
