AT&T Store

Having recently purchased a new phone, I had need to transition some data before turning my old phone in. Joshua James assisted with great aptitude, experience and professionalism. Further, Josh adeptly installed a screen protector in no time at all. Further, he turned me on to AT&T’s new internet which I committed to. Lastly, he shared tips on the phone’s functionality as well as novel camera tips. Josh has advanced interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service and satisfaction.

Josh was such an amazing salesman. He spent lots of time going through all the paperwork and explaining everything. Went back afterwards with questions and he again answered them with enthusiasm and so much knowledge and kindness. Great person to work with.

I had an excellent experience at the Grafton location with the help of Josh. After using another cell phone provider for over 15 years, he made me feel confident in changing to AT &T. He went above and beyond to find me a fantastic deal on a new phone, collaborating with his equally wonderful associate to get me the very best deal. It didn't end there, though. After mentioning what i was paying for my internet/cable plan, he worked to find me another deal that saved me a lot of money each month and made the whole process very easy and convenient for me. The time and effort given to me today was truly appreciated by both men. I work in customer service myself, and it is so nice to have someone so knowledgeable, professional, and helpful here to help. Plus he truly loves his job and the company he works for..that makes me very confident in my choice to switch and I would recommend Josh , his associate or anyone at the Grafton store to anyone I know!

Austin was great! I was traveling from out of town and needed to get a new phone. Austin was the only one in the store but was able to balance every customer that came in and provide excellent customer service. He went above and beyond getting my new phone setup and everything transferred. While I likely won't need to visit this store again, if I ever do, I would not hesitate to go there!

The Grafton, WI AT&T store, sales manager and Assistant manager, awesome. Very helpful and understanding. They helped me solve the Fiber Issue, phone Tech Support was awful and rude. I visited the store 2x Tuesday. Associate Manager solved all my issues. Thank you!!!
