Kohl's

I love Kohl's. I worked for Kohl's years ago so I will always have a special place for Kohl's in my heart. This is a nice location with friendly staff. I had an issue with an order pickup a couple weeks ago and Ann was so kind and helpful and made sure that I got my items back. We definitely need more people like Ann in customer service.

I can always find an employee that can answer my questions. Everyone is so friendly and act like they like being there. I appreciate when the employees smile and ask if I need help with anything. Grafton store is First class.

Sales associate asked if I was paying with cash or charge. I replied charge so she took me over to the self checkout area where I was met by another associate who walked me through the self checkout process. This sales associate was nice and friendly.

Kathy G. In intimates was so helpful! I came in with a disabled friend to help find her new bras but we were so overwhelmed by how huge your selection is and weren't quite sure what we needed for her. Kathy overheard us and came right over to help before we got too frustrated! She helped us find the absolute perfect bras! She was patient with my friend who didn't even know her size and she helped us find several to try on and the ones Kathy picked are exactly what we bought! Then she helped us find a nice robe and told us where the jewelry was! This woman deserves a huge raise!! Thank you Kathy!

The store had a great variety of the items I was purchasing. I was not greeted when I came in, but the woman who checked me out was outstanding. She was friendly; she helped me with my kohls app. She is a treasured employee

It's a shame that you can't use the 30% coupon that you get in the mail for the majority of the clothes or shoes because of their clothing names that totally sucks I think it's going to hurt Kohl's terribly and the people that are not going to buy the name brands at one time we could do that they won't let us do that now and that sucks
