Nicest laundromat I've ever been to. Staff is excellent. Machines are all in working condition and very clean.

I've been coming here for years and I've seen alot of employees but I must say Joey is my favorite one . He always says hello and goodnight and sometimes chats with me while I wait for my clothes. I always see him attend all the customers very professionaly which is refreshing to see . He's a keeper !

I haven't had to go to a laundry mat for years. It was very hard for me to find one that had all the great qualities I was looking for. It is very clean, spacious, plenty of laundry baskets, and air conditioned. Every employee was very nice. I don't know both of the names of the people that helped me. I do remember Rosa, for she had to help me on different times. Very helpful and very friendly!! I highly recommend!!!

I love coming here, best prices in town! Joey is very help and knowledgeable about washers. He goes above and beyond when my family and I visit!

I will definitely return! The girl there tonight was awesome and so patient, I wish I had gotten her name. Absolutely wonderful customer service worth the drive there. Whoever worked the night on 11/14/2017 she needs to be commended she was nice to everyone ALL THE TIME.

I came for the first time today ,Wednesday 11-6-19 and was very clean, convenient, and the store manager Chuck was very helpful, very professional and polite. I will definitely go back again and tell my friends. I want to thank Chuck for his professionalism and his kindness.

I would like to congratulate the owners of the Polo Laundry with the excellent choice of hiring the lady by the name of Rosa. She is so kind and helpful, she receives you with a wonderfully big friendly smile on her face. Also I would like to state that she keeps that laundry sparkling clean compared to the women that used to work there before. I was in there this week doing my washing and she was cleaning all the time, she would ask the customers if they were ok and if they needed any help, she's just AWESOME. Thank you Rosa for being so FANTASTIC!!! Now that's what I call 5 star customer service. I will definitely be recommending my friends to this laundry.

I wasn’t familiar with the area and looked at a few laundry mats but decided this one looked clean and safe. I was very comfortable staying at this laundry mat and it’s in a convenient Publix plaza. Plus the people were very friendly including the customers and the owner. The machine wasn’t accepting the quarters and the owner helped me fix it and suggested the best dryer. It was a good experience and I would come back.

I love this place!!! It is always clean. The machines are well maintained. The employees are extremely nice and always help me when I need it. Especially Terrance and Chuck who go above and beyond expectations making my experience memorable. Thank you guys!

Just started coming here and I love it. Always washers and driers available. My only pet peeve is people holding on to the laundry baskets by putting their detergents or empty laundry baskets in them to hold them. I asked one of the attendants if it was ok to remove someone’s personal items as there were no empty carts and she said sure go ahead and I did but got into into it when the customer noticed I was removing her stuff. I think posting signs stating not to hold carts with their personal items will be greatly appreciated . Thank you

Not having a washer and dryer in our apartment is tough enough but now that I found Polo Grounds laundromat it is a relief. I've been to many coin laundromats and this far exceeded my expectations. No matter how busy they are there are always plenty of washers and dryers and tables to fold the clothes. This is close to my job not my home but even if I do laundry on the weekends I drive out if my way to go here. Very easy to break large bills with the staff, enough change machines, vending and soda machines, and television. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has issues with where they do laundry now. It really is worth trying even if it's a little out of your way. They also offer a drop of service which many customers use.

Lisa was fabulous! Here for baseball tournament and no laundry facility at our hotel so we found this wonderful, clean facility 5 mind from the Hilton! Very clean, air conditioned and Lisa was so helpful with everything we needed! Definitely will use again when here for tournaments....thanks Lisa!

I came in for the first time Tuesday after work and really enjoyed the service. A guy named Terrence was there and he was very helpful and made it fun to wash clothes there. The bathrooms were clean and so were the machines. I am definitely coming back.

So my washer took a down fall and I had no choice but to go to the laundry mate. Turns out I had the BEST EXPERIENCE here.James the attended was Super friendly. Great hospitality. The facility was super clean and made me feel RIGHT AT HOME. Thank you James.

I just moved into the area and needed to find a clean and easy to use laundry mat that also was open for business early in the morning and Polo Grounds laundry was definitely a good find. I also would like to say that the attendant C C is usually always there when I am and is very helpful to the customers and keeps the place clean and easy to use

U have to go when CC is there...! She has to be the most helpful and kind person I have encountered in a long time. So cool and down to earth. The place was so clean. Thanks CC for making such a mundane task so worth it.

Want to say that I drive a long way just to wash here because you have a stable staff . I want to say thank you for having Terrance as and employee he is very very helpful well mannered. And very polite . Thank for having him as and employee.

Love this Place came here for first time I recommend this laundry mat. It was a very clean environment and the bathrooms looked great. Also enjoyed the vending machines and games. Awesome thanks

I came here 2 weeks ago, it was a great service and I felt like home, then I met Cecilia and things change, she is always open and help people a lot, I have a great laundry time. I recommend it highly

FREE WIFI!!!! The staff is friendly amd bilingual. They clean the machines everyday! Everything is bright and shiny. Easy to use and inexpensive. I spent $15 and did 9 loads 😄
