Okay been going to this place for years. The son is exceptional. So, my daughter brought me the 7 saints collection from here for my birthday. We get it home to see 1/2 of the set was broken. We took it back to the store. The father says there is no more. I say ok just refund the money because I cannot have broken saints in my house. The father says he cannot process a refund because it was on a credit card (made no sense) He says he will replace it. We did not go back for 3 days. we pick it up and I say it looks okay. Get it back home to see it is the same set. The only thing that was replaced was St. Michael. The chalis for another saint was still broken. Decided to look at the back of the box to see the pen mark IIII put on there is still on there. Gave us back the same set just glued the pieces back. I am SO disappointed. Especially after he says oh that my fault for not checking it. It was also your fault for not doing the honest thing!
