Terrible experience. I found this salon on google. Since it was rated 5 stars I called and made an appointment for a trim, color and blowout. I was very nervous when I called because over the past two years I battled cancer and lost a baby and lost a lot of hair. My hair finally grew back and since it was my 30th birthday I wanted to feel good again. I got to the salon early and when I walked in I wasn't welcome. Since I found this business on google I didn't know who the owner was so I just made eye contact with the first lady (the owner) and told her I was here for my appointment. She just gave me this look like okay... that was instantly a red flag for me but since that day was my birthday and I had my 6 year old daughter with me I knew I had to hope for the best. My stylist started washing my hair not realizing I wanted color until I mentioned it. She just said oh she never told me you wanted color, she just said a blow out. So she asked for pictures of what I wanted.....the whole experience was very uncomfortable. The owner never once apologized or communicated with me during the entire time. I watched a stylist drop combs and pick them up and use them on another person. It started out as a terrible 30th birthday. I will never go back or recommend anyone to go there.
