Love the selections in the store, the prompt attention from the staff and you cant beat the occasional discounts given by email. You cant beat actually being in the store to touch,feel and actually see the quality items first hand. No pressure from sales staff and always one nearby.

Awesome folks behind the counter. Yes the store runs dry, but they do their best to keep you updated for incoming shipments. Also, they have incredible patience, the amount of people asking the same question about inventory, with some getting aggressive , yet they manage to respond in a professional manner EVERY TIME.

It was the first time in this store and the customer service was incredible. The two store workers immediately helped me find what I was looking for and were always attentive to the smallest detail.

In comparison to the Davie location, this location is great. Tons of merchandise in stock and customer service is good. Andrew was incredible and has a warm personality! He’s an asset to that location.

Prices are a little too high. 2 shirts, 2 pairs of jeans, a belt and cheap jacket came to over $400 and all were on sale. Without the sale, original price would have been the mid $500s.

Overall great experience.

Charlie was very knowledgeable and helpful. The item I needed was not in stock so Charlie found at another store located a few hours away. I paid for it and he arranged to have it shipped directly to my house. I am very satisfied with this location.

My husband and I are in town from South Carolina and had to stop in. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. Also a special shout out to Alberto, we purchased more than expected and Alberto helped us customize our plate vest to fit properly. He also showed me some YouTube tutorials on adjusting the vest. Was overly pleased with the selection as well as our shopping experience.

Great customer service. Greeted promptly and the salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about the merchandise.

7-22-2023 - Drove up from Miami to the West Palm Beach 5.11 location and could not be happier. From speaking to the customer service professional on the phone ( Amy ) the week before, to the store manager "Charlie" and all the employees. Just a wonderful experience, they all went above and beyond to help me get what I was looking for. And just today, called back wanting to order something else and Alberto was excellent in locating and ordering the item I wanted. Many thanks to 5.11 and all of its wonderful employees. (Customer for Life )...!

Outstanding WPB 5.11 store!!! I have been visiting this store since its inception! This store specifically and its staff from the store manager, assistant manager, part time and full time employees have gone above and beyond to always help me out. You know your in the right place as soon as u walk thru the doors. You are greeted immediately and welcomed. Their product knowledge and experience along with their customer service is something i do not see at other retail stores. The store is exceptionally clean and well organized. This is what i look for when spending my hard earned money. 5.11 Tactical in WPB has been a staple in my apparel. The staff is always showing me new products from bags to shoes to clothes. The personal experience I receive from this store is Outstanding. I cant say enough about it. To be honest to have a relationship with a retailer like I do is something we do not see anymore. Please if you have the opportunity stop in and check this place out. You will not be disappointed. To the staff at 5.11 store in WPB Thank You this customer values and appreciates everything you do. Looking forward to stopping in to say hello and checking out the new gear.

GREAT Friendly and Helpful Customer Service!!! Highly recommended

Went there to get new boots. Upon entry, manager told me about their 40% off clearance stuff which I did look at, but didn't need any of those items.

When I found the boots I wanted, my size wasn't on the floor. The sales rep said their computer showed they have my size in stock and he kept looking for them and apparently checked a mannequin after the manager suggested it. I don't know if that's where he found my size because I was trying a different pair if they didn't have them, but he did bring my size boots.

The only negative thing I could say about their items is that they're pricey $$$$, but all the 5.11 stuff I've ever bought is great quality and lasts a while.

Enjoy going here as it has a variety of clothes, bags, shoes/boots, and misc items. The morale patches are great along with the shirts and shorts. The staff was helpful and answered all questions. There is also a closeout section of random clothes and patches that is always worth looking at. We will be returning as it is a good change of pace from other stores. You have to check in if you are not part of the email for closeout deals on items.

This was our son's favorite store! We love 511!

8/19/22 - I couldn’t be happier with the Staffs knowledge and customer service. PS background for 18 years and hands down the best boot buying experience I’ve ever had. 10/10! Thank you to both employees who helped me! Great job.

Good store but can be pricey

ASM Alberto, was amazing! You don’t find excellent service like his anymore. The store was well organized and very clean. Shipping was a breeze. Definitely will be back.

This was my first time ever entering this store or seeing 5.11 products. I saw products online and wanted to see in store for myself.
From the minute I entered, Kirsten Parisen, started to help me.
I explained her my clothing style and what I was looking for. She was extremely kind and patient and helpful! I was extremely satisfied!
I am typically very picky with my clothing and I was blown away at the selection and beautiful inventory on display!
I found a few beautiful items to start out with and I know for a fact, I'll be back again to shop very soon!
