Every time I come into this store the service is exceptional. The staff is very knowledgeable on the footwear. Recently on my last visit I tried the new AJ technology fitting machine it was great and suggested the best insole for my foot issues.

I took my father in here a few weeks ago for his Christmas present and we were in and out in a span of 10 minutes. Not only did my dad know what he wanted but the staff was amazing. My only regret is that I don’t remember the name of who helped us. Moving forward anytime we need boots this is the first place we are stopping at.

Came in thinking that Red Wing Shoes were very expensive. But what you get is what you pay for. Super great boots, they measure your foot and send you a whole review on your feet. My boots are the most comfortable I’ve ever had.

I am compelled to write this review because of the experience I had at this location. This was my first time going into a Red Wing Shoe store and it was an unbelievable experience. Michelle was fantastic. She took the time and patience to show me some shoes that was in stock. Elizabeth was also fantastic too. I'm actually going to purchase a second pair of boots because of the level of customer service I received. The owner should be proud to have employees like these two, especially in this day and age. Thank you Michelle and Elizabeth.

Elizabeth was my salesperson/cashier. She was awesome with peaking over the desk looking at me.

I came into the store and it was nothing but great help. I came in wanting the Exos Lite but it was too much for my legs. We sorted my shoe/foot properly and I was a better fit for the 11.5 D Tradesman boot for offshore duty. A lower cut boot to give me comfort and the protection I need offshore. 🙏 she was great and I highly recommend Elizabeth.

The salesman suggested a work boot, it was one one of the more expensive boots but it is by far the most comfortable boot I've ever wore

I couldn’t believe how fast they shipped my order! I walked in on Monday and they did not have my size. So, I placed an order in which they received it Thursday and then on Friday… BAM here are my boots! Perfect timing because I have crazy yard work to do this Columbus Day weekend. Also, no I did not pay extra for them to overnight it!

Always the best. Same owner for many years and he is usually in the store. Always helpful with sales and service. Red Wing makes a great boot to begin with but this location really does it right the old fashioned way. 5 stars all around.

Love Red Wing Boots. Probably my 5th pair is and they all have been great! All have lasted 2 years plus of daily wear 6 days a week 10 plus hours.

Great store, the personel take time to fit you right. They have all the state of the art equipment to see your walk pattern and hot spot pressure points. Friendly atmosphere. I have been getting my shoes for the past seven years now, and will happily continue in the future. :-)

The customer service is excellent! Highly recommend. I was working out of town, needed a special size boot 12 4E width, they had it in Stock and warrantied my old pair. Top notch customer service!
