Strongly recommend you ask for Sarah for assistance. Most respectful, knowledgeable, great worker in store. Extremely nice. Helped me diagnose a problem with a corrupt backup that no other Apple store has been able to figure out. Not even Apple Support ! Couldn’t he happier with my experience!

Great staff! They are patient and helpful especially with the older community, which is something i have personally observed and admire of them.

Every time I have an appointment it is on time and efficient. The Apple Business Division is also impressive in assisting us with our business needs for our company.

Alexander handed my situation great with getting my new iPhone 14 plus after waiting for a hour for T-Mobile customer service we finally got it done. Definitely going to see me again when I go to the Apple Store.

They REALLY know what they’re doing - especially the Genius Bar team. They have a lot going on behind the scenes, and those are the real heroes. They run a complex operation that keeps customers happy, and their team even happier.

Give it up for the Genius Administrators!

Only giving 5 because of Steve, he was helpful today as I seemed young and nobody seemed to help me out, but him coming up to me while I was checking the newest iphone while no one bothered showed me the person he is. Bought the phone and love it, thanks Steve you made my day!!!

I only give this store a 5 star review thanks to the amazing help, support and amazing costumer Service Xavier had with us. He was diligente he understood the issue and he did not hesitate to help us with a great smile in his face and made sure we left the store with a complete resolution.

Friendly & helpful staff. Bit of a wait but theyre very busy. Lady with shoulder length blond hair, second person i dealt with, was especially helpful, but all the employees were friendly & serviceable.

My aunt and I had a great experience at the Genius Bar with Sarah! Sarah was so kind, knowledgeable, and patient with us. We were experiencing a lot of different computer problems and she solved all of them. 10/10 service!!!

The customer service delivered by Mr. Aaron was excellent. He is knowledgeable and helpful. The battery replacement of my wife’s iPhone 8 was fast and smooth thanks to the technicians, as the battery health now is 100%, and the speaker that was cleaned by Mr. Aaron sounds like new. Thank you all.

Definitely a 5 Star experience!!!! Jesus was amazing. Although there were many clients he didn’t try to rush us out of the store. Everything was explained in detail and he did so professionally! Way to go Jesus!!! Kudos to you

I purchased a new phone online and made an appointment to pick it up at the Wellington Green location.

The appointment window to check in was only 15 minutes; not nearly enough time to navigate the mall for a first time visit.

I usually avoid the Apple Store due to the crowds and long waits even with an appointment. This visit was a pleasant surprise. It wasn’t overly crowded. I was greeted right away and directed to order pickup.

Brooke assisted me with setting up my new phone. She was very competent and knowledgeable. She patiently answered all my questions and gave me sound advice without pushing additional products. I could tell she loved her job and got along well with her coworkers. One coworker in particular, Steve, showed me two tips that would extend the life of my battery. Amazing! It’s no wonder Brooke views him as her mentor. He shares his knowledge to benefit the entire team and elevate the level of service.

I would have preferred to trade in my old phone while there, but I had already started the process online. I think that customers should have the option to cancel the online process at the store for their convenience. That’s going above and beyond to promote stellar customer relations.

Overall it was a great customer experience that exceeded my expectations.

Wow. They are the best at this store. I went in for a phone switch and they made it fast and super convenient. I bought a phone and decided I really didn’t like the color so they said no problem returned it and started the process over again with a new phone. AMAZING how easy it was. apple store is back to regular hours and no more red tape

It’s an Apple Store enough said. Staff super helpful. Devices amazing and expensive of course but you get what you pay for. Only thing missing from the store is a touch screen notebook. Clean and friendly staff.

I went to the Apple store at Wellington Green last night. Probably at least 6 team members were outside the store greeting customers and ascertaining why they were there. Extremely organized and it may have 12 minutes before a team member approached me.

Her name was Bernice. A very personable attentive and professional young lady. I explained why I came in and could she possibly correct the issue with my phone. She worked her magic and in 15 minutes my phone was 95% corrected. She said it would take about 15 minutes for everything to download and she asked me to take a seat will it completed the download.

Soon afterwards a young man, Henry came over and introduced himself, stating that he was a team leader. Henry asked if I was satisfied with my experience, who had assisted me and if I had any suggestions as to how they could approve the experience.

I was greatly impressed with these two team members and greatly appreciative with their patience demeanor. If only all customer service encounters were this amazing!
