Krystal is, by far, the best realtor we have ever worked with! My husband and I were very wary about selling our house and buying a new one based on our past horrible experiences with real estate agents, but we are so glad we took the leap with her! Not only was she able to get what we wanted on the sell of our house, but she was able to sell it in only 2 days!!!!! Finding us a new house was definitely more time consuming than we originally thought, due to the fact that we could not be in a neighborhood with a HOA because of my husband's work truck and we needed to stay in a certain school district, but Krystal gladly tackled the job with no complaints or reservations. She was constantly on top of new listings as they hit the market, would respond to us almost immediately when we had questions about any houses we found, and without question she spent countless Saturdays and weeknights showing us house after house until we found the one. On top of it all, Krystal was a fierce negotiator and would not back down on anything we told her was important to us or where our purchase price had to be! I cannot speak highly enough of her, I can say we will be recommending Krystal to anyone looking to buy or sell and will gladly use her again when the time comes!

Krystal has to be the most thorough person I have ever worked with. With every single step of the home selling process, she never wavered in her ability to stop, listen, process, and really think out just about every angle of any situation. And by that I mean when she listed our house she RESEARCHED the area to be able to sell our house at the best price, reasonably. So much so that when the appraiser asked her how she came up with our number she replied to him with a nearly-two-page response that was thorough and well thought out that all he could reply was something along the lines of just ‘okay’. She had a professional photographer come in and get pictures of our house and it made our listing SHINE to the point of our listing being the #1 viewed house in Gwinnett county. Reread that. The number one viewed house in Gwinnett county. We had 30 showings within a few days. She ALWAYS had our back in every situation and never told us to just settle to get us off her plate faster. She.
