Spent days searching for the best rental for the St Pete area and nothing really fit the bill. Then out of no where a random google search lead us to this business and our stay at Neptunes Nest. Absolutely the best! Corey was very responsive when needed and the house was stunning! We really didn’t have much of a reason to leave the house (and luckily there is a coffee shop within walking distance) though the house was fully stocked with I believe two or three coffee makers.
The view was spectacular and we will definitely book through Vakationeer again! Thanks for a great vacation home!

We enjoyed our 6 week stay in Magnolia Heights, St. Petersburg, Florida. Such a wonderful host with superb accommodations and always being able to communicate as needed ☀ Our pups were happy so we were too! The location worked wonderfully for our needs. We felt comfortable and safe the whole time we were there. We loved being able to walk around the neighborhood with our dogs and go to the park, drive to the beach and dog bar! The tall fenced in backyard was also an added perk, having our two fur babies with . The quiet neighborhood was fabulous as well! Can't wait for next year! Thanks again ❤

My family and I recently stayed at the Neptune’s Nest home - let me just say, wow! We had an amazing getaway. The view of the water from the house and being in the lush backyard never ceased to impress.
The home was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and showers were very nice. Vakationeer was super responsive through booking as well as at any time during our stay. We have family nearby and are back in the St. Pete area often - I don’t foresee wanting to book with anyone other than Vakationeer again!

This was truly the best Airbnb I have been to in a while. The house was gorgeous and it had all brand-new amenities. The appliances were all brand new and very easy to use, not to mention the amount of fun activities that were at our disposal made it hard to leave the house. The backyard was where we spent the first few days but once we realized how close everything was we got to explore. The location is perfect and also has a great strip with a bunch of fun stores to browse! 10-minute drive from Siesta Key so it allowed us to enjoy the beach and explore the shops! I loved the master bedroom and the fact that there was a TV in every room. This experience was truly one my significant other and I will never forget and I can’t wait to book another stay as soon as possible. I will also be recommending this to everyone I know, I truly can’t express how perfect this place was. 10/10, I wish I could give it more than 5 stars, because it truly deserves it!

Just stayed at The Seminole Tranquilty cove house for 5 nights.
Myself and 3 others were in the area to golf for 4 days.
This house was absolutely perfect for what we needed it for. Lots of space and multiple areas to watch sports on 1 of 6 televisions at night.
The place was very clean and well kept.
Booking process was very simple.
We would definitely stay here again.

The only recommendation I would give the owner would be to put some hooks up in the bedrooms to hang up towels after showering.

We enjoyed our experience in St. Pete! The house was just as pictured and very clean! It’s about 15mins to downtown St.Pete and the beach. The backyard is nice and our party of 4 was very comfortable. The bathrooms were immaculate and the addition of beach supplies and beach towels was awesome and greatly appreciated! Overall great host and great house for our weekend away. Thank you!

All five-star ratings! I have never stayed in a vacation rental that was as splendid as this one. Corey and his team provided assistance from the start to the finish and were extremely helpful. Upon arrival, the rental was impeccably clean, even better than it appears in the pictures. The location is fantastic, with close proximity to all desirable areas such as beaches, downtown, shopping, airports, and amusement parks. If you are searching for a vacation rental in St Petersburg, I highly recommend utilizing Corey and his team, as they are exceptional.

Loved staying here! The home is very nice, spacious, and has everything you need for cooking, entertainment, for the pool & even toys & chairs for the beach! The rooms are very spacious & comfortable & all have tvs. The backyard is so cozy & private. I definitely recommend staying here!

Had a blast staying in Playa de Siesta Sarasota! Rented the place for just one night for our bike ride adventure, and it totally rocked. We had everything we needed - kicked back with a movie, had some epic ping pong battles, and even played a bit of darts. Parking was a breeze for our 3 touring bikes, super clean and spacious. The bathrooms were spotless, beds were like sleeping on a cloud, and everything was just top-notch. Only bummer was not staying longer. Seriously, staying here is a steal compared to the hotel prices around. Totally worth it!

I had the pleasure of staying at one of their properties last month and the only regret I have is not being able to leave a higher rating.

The directions to the property were easy to follow, as were the instructions to enter the home.

The moment I walked in the door I felt at home. The space had a warm and inviting feel, it was spotless, and it had all is the amenities I expected.

I’d happily revisit the property again, and would encourage anyone searching for a space to check out Vakationeer.

My wife and I just spent a week at Neptune's Nest. The place was fantastic, great location, and Vakationeer was first-class all the way. They were responsive promptly to every question we had. The listing was accurate, the house and location were even better than advertised. Would love to work with them again and, in fact, we hope to return for a longer stay in the future.

This is such a nice place. For a small house it has tons of room! The distribution is perfect. The front porch is awesome, kitchen is very spacious, dining room perfect for a family dinner, my favorite part is that the bathrooms are not in the bedrooms so with 4 aduits and 2 kids one was always accessible. The tvs are huge and all high tech. The bedrooms are huge!
The decor is perfect. The host is very communicative. They put a pool in and it is in the curing process. Once this area is done that outside area will be spectacular!

Mother in Law cottage terrific. Ten minutes from everything you want in downtown St. Pete... restaurants, museums, park land, right on the water. About 20 minutes from the beaches. Staff responsive and helpful...bedroom, full kitchen, parking space....no worries! Felt safe and secure. Come and enjoy!

Very clean and nice. A lot of space. Has a dart board, ping pong table and a heated pool option. Also seems like a nice quiet neighborhood. We were able to take a 10-15 minute walk to some local bars. Definitely would recommend.

We loved Vacationeer's - Playa De Siesta. The home was beautiful, warm and so comfortable. Plenty of space and the floor plan was perfect for our family. Beautiful large bathrooms, closets, and lots of light in the house with the many windows. We loved the pool and the privacy. It was beautifully landscaped and a great place to relax and enjoy swimming, playing cards, eating or watching an eagle in the nearby tree. Everything was clean, thought out and the kitchen was amazing. They thought of so many extra personal touches. For the beach there were plenty of chairs and a beach wagon. I can't say enough about how much we loved this space for our 3-week family vacation. And only twelve minutes to Siesta Key Beach in a very nice neighborhood. The house we rented was exceptional as was the management, meeting our every request quickly. We had plenty of bedrooms, a heated pool, lanai, outdoor pizza oven and kayaks, all of which we used. The only issue we had as figuring out TVs without instructions. We would rent via Vaiationeer again. They are very professional and accommodating.

Absolutely loved our stay! This Tierra Verde condo is a dream getaway. The spacious, beautifully adorned living area and well-appointed kitchen made our stay a delight. Mornings on the balcony with stunning views were unforgettable. Perfect for families or couples seeking relaxation. Can't wait to return for another serene escape!

The place was easy to find and a perfect fit for our weekend getaway! The unit was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The location was perfect and it was easy to get around. We will definitely consider this place for future stays.

I was looking for a space for my 11 year old daughter and I to stay at in St. Pete and ran across this listing.

From the moment I saw the pictures I thought this would be a great spot for us. However once I walked in I knew it was the perfect spot.

Every inch of the space was perfectly utilized to enhance a guests experience. The lower living quarters had a comfortable couch, perfectly situated to view the television.

The kitchen area had a full sized fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and was stocked with everything the average person would need to prepare and cook meals.

The bathroom was in immaculate condition and had enough supplies to accommodate a guests short stay.

Additionally, the walk-in shower was amazing! With the option of using either a handheld wand or the centrally placed wide head nozzle, the water temperature and flow were perfect.

In my opinion, the most unique aspect of the place was the layout and design of upper loft area!

The ladder allowing access was easy to climb, and provided plenty of support to make my daughter feel comfortable making the climb.

The upper area was split in two areas, with each having a comfortable queen sized bed, with a privacy wall separating each space.

Both my daughter and I slept remarkably well during our stay. Between the placement of the fan on the upper area, and the location of the wall mounted air conditioning unit, the whole place stayed at a comfortable temperature.

Lastly, I should mention the location this place is located at. Being just minutes off of 275 makes it easy to get to from either Tampa’s or Clearwater’s airport.

Kenwood is centrally located, meaning your moments away from downtown St. Petersburg and the beaches.

All in all this was a stay that I’d gladly do again, and I’d highly recommend to anyone considering a stay in the Tampa Bay Area.
