Burg CrossFit

Burg CF is the best CF gym in the area. I feel confident in that statement because I have been a member for four years now. I’ve tried others in the area but never felt as at home as I do here. There is a kids room with windows all around so your kiddos can watch you workout and you can keep an eye on them as you do. Coaching and facility are top tier. The recovery room is a bonus and the gym is always clean. No matter what class you’re in everyone is always friendly and accommodating. It also has everything you need to keep/get you in tip top shape: challenging but always doable workouts, nutritionists, physical therapists and coaches who get to know you and your capabilities. Nothing but positive things I’ve experienced my four years here.

Burg is a fantastic gym with great coaches and programming. Though its a little pricey its worth it. You get individual attention even during classes that help achieve any goals. I have had several injuries throughout the years and they have helped me rehab and work through them without having to "stop" my routine. I've been going here over 4 years and dont plan on going anywhere else!

I've been a member of several Cross Fit boxes and drop in whenever I travel. Burg Cross Fit is second to none in my book. The programing, the coaching, the facility, and the camaraderie has truly impressed me. The coaches are true professionals with a sincere and humble approach to the workouts, skill work, and one on one coaching. I've been in Cross Fit 9 years, and in the 3 years I've been a member of Burg Cross Fit my motivation has never been greater.

I recently joined and will be starting this coming week. Met with coach Zach who was very knowledgeable and welcoming. The facility is very big and spacious with many workout stations and options. I will update this review when i begin my workouts

I’ve been going to this gym for three months and have been loving it. The coaches and community are very welcoming and are willing to work with you to meet your goals. Challenging workouts and great people. I wish I had joined sooner!

The coaches are great. It's a perfect balance of meeting you where you are and pushing you to the next level. The equipment is always being updated, facilities are nice and clean and bathrooms are private.

I can’t say enough great things about Burg CrossFit. Great facility, fantastic programming and a very accessible/welcoming environment. I visit St Pete quarterly and Burg is always where I spend my mornings getting a good workout in.

Zanes 7am class was a great way to start the day. Everyone was friendly and behaved dogs are allowed.

A great gym! I dropped in while I was in the area for work, they have a beautiful space, awesome coaches and I got a fantastic workout. Will definitely be back!

I’m a newbie to the CrossFit world and holy pickles! This was such a fun yet exhausting workout. Zane was so helpful and made my chicken nugget self feel so included 🙃 can’t recommend enough!

MUST go! I dropped in on a family vacation and had an absolute blast. Stellar facility, strong coaching and a great WOD. I coached for years so it’s always fun to see the other side. Would definitely come back!

Outstanding gym, friendly staff, I drop in 1-2 a month when I’m visiting the area and everyone has been great, coaches are knowledgeable, professional, and care about ensuring members are doing the movements properly and having a fun time doing it

The BEST gym in St Pete (and I’d say all Tampa bay area). Everything is great! Facilities, coaches, members and nutrition team. I was intimidated at first but the workouts can be adapted to any level and they helped me progress very quickly. 10/10

If you want to be part of one of the most impressive groups of individuals in St Petersburg, then look no further. The coaches and members at Burg CrossFit love achievement and love to celebrate their fellow member's achievements. Not only physical fitness but life achievements as well. I cannot think of another community like this anywhere. Even we aged members love this place and the people here!

Burg CrossFit is more than just a gym, it is a community and a family filled with genuine and like minded people. The coaches, Ray, Jeff, Nicky and Jason are extremely knowledgeable about the sport and are driven to seeing you succeed. The people are why I step in that gym everyday!
