I am really happy with the installation of my solar panels by Luma Dynamics. So far I have not encountered any issues, they have been very helpful in answering my questions and concerns.

Great company

I would not recommend this company to anyone. First before the installation they kept rescheduling us a total of 4 times. The lady apologized and offered to send a gift card which didn’t happen of course. The installers finally showed up later than what they said. Took 2 days to install my panels. Kept leaving for hours on end. After panels were installed got no information on when they could be turned on. One guy came out and said wires were on backwards and that was all we heard. Called gulf power and they informed us we were good to go 2 months ago. So we had to switch everything on ourselves. Horrible with communication, bad installers. All around bad experience.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY Luma Dynamics or Dividend Solar.! Both companies only care about taking your money and ripping people off.

Their Sales reps are complete liars and they outsource all their work to subcontractors.

They’re not even a real installer they operate under various aliases.

You’re honestly better off paying utility bills.

Horrible company, they installed my system 3 months late was suppose to be installed on the 1st week of January and only 1 guy came to install the entire system 3 months later, today is September 16 2020 and still haven't got my included gadgets, I still haven't received a walk through and at least a little class to learn my system, I have been trying to contact them, only one replying back through email apologizing for the slow response and blaming it to COVID19 wish at this point it is a lame and vague excuse for their big failing. The system is not performing as promise, only producing an average of $40 savings per month, after carefully doing the math it will take me 62.5 years to recuperate my wasted investment, very angry and disappointed customer here.

I was told that my solar system would nearly eliminate my electric bill. For the past year i have only saved $50.00 a month. Now I am stuck with a power bill and solar bill. I have tried contacting Luma everyday but nobody picks up and/or returns my phone call. I feel that I have been scamed.

Be prepared for service problems well after their sub contractors months after your signature , finally complete your job!
They Take the money and run, and play phone tag with the customer!
I wouldn’t recommend working for this company, nor hiring them for a job!

I've been without my water heater since the 29th of may , it was operational for 2 weeks and then broke luma has not returned my calls

It is close to impossible to get in contact and our system has not functioned properly since it was installed. I know the virus has stopped things but for three months I have not been able to contact them.

This is the most unorganized company I have ever delt w from the manager eric I want this system removed from me home I would not recommend this company at all

RUN as far as fast as you can! I’ll spare you the details. This company is fraudulent from top to bottom.
