Cottonwood Suites Savannah Hotel & Conference Center

So the room wasn't that great HOWEVER the staff is absolutely phenomenal, they changed rooms for us and it was much better. Dont worry too much about the room. We stayed on 10/19/23 and they are in the middle of renovations. Because of the staff I have total faith that in a month or two this will be one of the best hotels in this area. It's under new management and they know customer service.

Great working staff!!! Imran the gentleman at the front desk is a force to be reckoned with. He works so hard to accommodate every single customer he encounters. He is the life blood of this operation. I received packages every so often while I was there and he would call me at work to let me know he would hold them till I could pick them up! I would recommend this hotel if you are staying long term.

We stopped here on a quick decision. We needed a pet friendly hotel, We usually stay at Best Western but they were crazy on a price , So we got a deal on a room here , I was very hesitant being as I'm in the hotel restoration business and I read it was under repair, However on arrival the property was beautiful and a lot of beautiful landscaping. This is a very large place with plenty of green area for walking your pet . Lots of parking also , Checking in was a bit of a challenge because the clerk was apparently new . But very nice . Our room was extremely large, Not used to that . New AC heating units installed, beds we're comfortable, and clean, As was the bathroom, TV , and room refrigerator , And lamps need to be replaced but I'm assuming that's on their agenda, Breakfast area was very large with plenty of sitting room , This place is really convention hall status, , Pool area was beautiful and large with new furniture, The morning breakfast is plentiful and well maintained, With the usual things you would expect, I highly recommend this place. And will be making this my stop on my way to and back from West Palm beach Florida

Front desk was extremely accommodating. Pool was nice and the rooms were clean. Very close and convenient to airport. Will use this hotel again.

This hotel is very clean, IMRAN at the front desk was very professional and has excellent customer service, Nice and quiet, had no problems. I definitely recommend this hotel for any occasion.

I love this place. They're under new management and I can SEE everything the new owner and manager are doing. Satel has been amazing. Breakfast is amazing & so are the staff. It is under renovation and I cant wait to see what amazing things they do to this place!

This is a very nice hotel with a conference center and a bar I assume you can rent for events. I got lucky that my employer/CLC booked me here. Normally I don't get to stay at nicer hotels but it must've been the only available or a very good deal last night 😆 I have no complaints. Great place. No idea how much it cost because I didn't pay, so I can't comment on the price: quality ratio.

Had a wonderful week-long stay in a beautiful king suite. The staff was great and the hotel was clean and quiet. The electric went off due to a blown transformer and we were personally informed with a knock on our door by the front desk agent, Imran, as were all the other guests. They were ready to move us to a neighboring hotel had the electricity stayed off. The ONLY negative thing I have to say about the Cottonwood Suites is that the evening-time front desk agent does NOT represent the hotel well at all. Far too rude and unprofessional to have as the guests' first encounter or any encounter for that matter involving general hotel hospitality. Smarted off to my boyfriend about my dog being a service dog. Had she taken the time to ASK, we could've told her that the papers were already on file by the person that checked us in. She made very little effort to look for a package I had delivered. Told me she "couldn't find it". After I showed her who signed for it, she suddenly "found it". Don't let the 7 or 8 mins you spend dealing with her set the tone for your stay

So a little outdated and when I called earlier in the day the receptionist was rude and was half talking to another loud man in the background. She said she had no rooms with balconies. I went back to work and didn't think anything about it.

Called a few hours later to book and luckily got someone far more professional and kind.
Hotel is under some reno, it's a little dated but soooo charming. The balconies in the King Suite are HUGE, the room was also HUGE and super affordable. I will definitely stay here again, but they should prob get rid of the afternoon employee, she stinks.

My family and I were extremely pleased with our stay at the hotel. We will be returning upon us moving up to the coast. I'd recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a nice stay.
I would also like for it to be acknowledged that Imran the front desk manager was very courteous, and showed great hospitality, and just so very kind, and friendly. 10/10

Convenient location right off I-95 in Pooler, GA, this large hotel is close enough to Savannah for frequent visits without being too congested. Large, well-appointed rooms may not be new in appearance and decor, but are comfortable and everything works as it should. I attended part of a large event that took up most of the available rooms, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Will be going back next year!

Great price and awesome staff compared to the other Hotels in my opinion. Imran/ front desk associate is on top of the game and has great customer skills.👍 to Imran.

This was the perfect hotel for our large group that stayed the first weekend in March. The staff was considerate, and the conference rooms were large enough to fit our party of over 300. We would love to go back next year! #savgdr23

We were walk-ins at this hotel and found our stay to be very pleasant and reasonably priced . It is right off of the interstate and there are several places to eat (Cracker Barrel, McDonalds, etc.) and get gas nearby. We arrived a bit before check in time and they were able to accommodate us and let us check in early. We chatted a while with the front desk manager named Imran, and he was very friendly. The hotel is pet friendly and has a large grassy area surrounding a pond. Our pup had a blast watching the ducks and birds swimming. A giant American flag reflection shined on the water which was beautiful. The hotel is under new ownership and being updated. From what we saw it will be gorgeous when completed. The rooms were clean and a decent size in a traditional hotel style. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The shower had plenty of water pressure and hot water. We left before breakfast was served but in talking to other guests who have been there for a while they said it was good. The hotel sits back away from foot traffic so we were not concerned about anybody messing with our truck and trailer. The overnight front desk staff was also very friendly and accomodating. We will stay there again on our next trip when passing through that area. Thanks again Imran..see you next time!

Clean room, hot shower/good water pressure, comfy bed, nice pool area.
Pretty sure the tv in our room was haunted though XD.

The evening staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Location was a bit far from downtown Savannah for our purposes, but great if you're trying to be close to the airport. Would stay here again.

Personnel is friendly and helpful. Both pool and the surrounding rest area are great.
The only thing I didn't understand was the schedule of the room cleaning.

Truck parking available call ahead first.. Will be coming here everytime we have to go south in the truck place would be great for teuck drivers who have to do their 34. The staff front desk manager Imran he was very respectful and great customer service hospitable willing to go the extra mile to make the customers happy with accommodations. Congratulations to the amazing staff for going the extra mile. Great staff great place for family to bring kids peaceful quite plenty of places to eat from and price for the suite was very reasonable take care an happy holidays to everyone be safe drivers out here on these roads. We got the suite which had a full kitchen full bathroom walkin closet. Huge room and walk out balcony that was huge. Sodas an water free all night next to front desk. Would do my 34 here. Has cable big television an free wifi FELT LIKE YOU WERE AT HOME BEST HOTEL YET BY FAR.

Visited for the Green Dress Run and had a blast! Rooms were clean, staff was accommodating, and the free breakfast was excellent. Looking forward to coming back when the renovations are complete! #savgdr23
