I can’t speak on Dr. Calla himself because I never had the opportunity to see him. This review is regarding the office staff. My husband is his patient and spoke very highly of him, so I wanted to switch to him as I have a very complicated medical history and needed a good and thorough doctor. I made my appointment back in November and have waited MONTHS to see him. Apparently, he no longer is accepting new patients so the office canceled my appointment back in DECEMBER AND NEVER NOTIFIED ME IF THIS. So I’ve waited months suffering with health issues to find out today I’m not even on his schedule. The chic I spoke with in the phone was RUDE AS HELL and didn’t treat me with an ounce of dignity or respect. Very snarky and sarcastic. Healthcare systems are a joke these days. And this is coming from a nurse……..do better!!!!
