Lance did a great job both selling one house and finding us / buying a new house. He's extremely knowledgable about the Deltona, Orange City, Deland area and works with his client to meet their needs. He's also helped friends of ours sell their homes. We Highly recommend Lance.

Lance is very professional! No hard sale pushing to get you to sign up with him. He's there for the seller every step of the way. He makes every effort to move your property as SOLD! Whether you're buying or selling, I highly recommend you consider employing Lance McKinnon as your agent.

Lance McKinnon is shoddy. Held up my purchase into the next year due to trying to cheat about the roof. Before viewing home first time, I asked about the roof, A/C, and Septic fields -we were told the roof had been 'done' in 2010. Hurricane hit Sept, owner claimed & was paid by end of Sept, I looked at and had home inspected in November, Roof should have already been done esp due to no other real updates to the home. They did not get the roof replaced until late mid Dec. Since they were less than honest about the roof, had to re-check everything. Along the way, met 3 other people involved in other previous sales that explained the same assessment of his practices; expects the other realtors to pick up the work for him, condescending and late to respond about questions. I read thru his reviews after the sale becuz he was very disappointing, I got the feeling he doesnt pass a mirror very often. Maybe Lance just likes to deal with selling homes in the $300,000 range and cant be bothered with integrity for under those amounts. IF he is your agent or the other agent, find another.

Worst service ever. Contract was not throughly explained, was rushed through, and never received selling contract until closing. I'm saddened to say as happy as I was to sell my house, I leave with a bitter taste in my mouth that through the process I was ignored and tricked into selling at a lower price so they could sell to a family member. Michelle slithered her way into this sale and this company has lost my faith in remax forever.
