We had wind damage to our roof from a bad storm this summer. After asking around for referrals I had multiple friends tell me they had used Fraser Roofing, and more specifically to have Jamie come out. It was easy to see after meeting Jamie why they recommended him. Jamie was easy to talk to and wasn't pushy at all. he took his time explaining the process and about how the roof replacement would go. Luckily my insurance company also thought the roof should be replaced so we were able to pay for it through our home owners insurance. That's where Mandi from the Fraser roofing office stepped in. She was great at communicating and working with the insurance company to make sure everything was covered cost wise. She even made sure they knew when the work was completed and made sure we got our final payment. Jamie followed up after the replacement to make sure we were completely satisfied. It is clear that Fraser Roofing cares about their customers and trains their people to be honest and fair. I will have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company, and I would also tell them to work with Jamie and Mandi. You will not be disappointed! Well done!

The Fraser Roofing company is composed of a solid, caring group of professionals. David Lea, in particular, was very responsive, provided diagnosis, explained the process and handled all vital communication with the adjuster/insurance company. Installation process went off without a hitch as the roofing crew was amazingly fast and efficient given the size of my roof. Work was high quality and my new roof looks great! Highly recommend these guys!

Had a great experience working with Jason Fuchs with replacing my roof after some hail damage. He was willing to work with my insurance company and handled the entire process. He was very professional, responsive, and took the time to explain everything to me. I am extremely thankful to have worked with him and Fraser Roofing and would recommend them beyond any of the other half dozen roofers I met with before choosing them.

I just wanted to give my personal experience with a great guy Jon who was very supportive and knowledgeable in regards to the issues I was having. He came to my home was able to address the issue that was causing rodents to enter my family home. He even informed me that my roof was still in great shape. But needed to address some issues in the future to keep my roof looking good as new. Thanks Jon for all your assistance and I will be working with you guys in the future to preserve my roof.

I had a great experience with Fraizer, Sales manager Paul Burt was amazing and attentive to our needs. We connected shared some stories and even ended up Praying together in my foyer. Instalk team arrived early and finished tge roof in one day. When they were done you wouldn't have known they were there, they cleaned up so well after themselves. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Fraser Roofing did my roof several years ago. Recently I had some shingles come off. I called and worked with Chris Parker. He sent his team to inspect and they came back out and replace many shingles. I was expecting a few to be replace but they took their time and replaced many more.
I highly recommend using them. My son worked for Fraser Roofing one summer between high school and college. They were very good to him.

Highly recommend Frasier Roofing and our representative Joel! Incredibly informative, professional, and timely, and they were also able to work with us for our roofing and financial needs! After discovering a leak in our roof, we received a reasonable quote from a local roofer for the repair, and then we were SO glad we got a second opinion with Frasier!! Joel was so friendly and helpful, and informed us of hail damage we did not know about, advising us to look into replacing our entire roof due to the damage. He helped us every step of the way as we dealt with insurance, even making sure to be there when the insurance rep checked out the roof so there would be no questions. The whole process went very smoothly, and the manager Chris came by to inspect the roof afterwards and answer any questions. The whole building team was very nice and didn’t mind my kids watching the roof go on or answering any questions we had. Highly recommend Frasier Roofing!

Josh was the best. After we had a leak, he met with us multiple times to assess the roof for hail damage. He even came back twice to meet the insurance adjusters who were just plain rude and didn’t want to pay. But we needed a new roof. Josh wad very reassuring that our deck and fenced in back yard would be protected. Also that we didn’t have to worry about our dogs or cars being affected by roofing nails. The 2 crews came out at 7:15am and they had the old shingles off by 9:15. We have 2 houses on the property so it was incredible. Some set up tarps, others on the roof and it was all done on both large roofs by 2:30pm. Clean up and dumpsters gone. Josh is the best and his team with Luis and Ramone are outstanding! Could not be happier . Would recommend Joshua McNish ! He is so honest and trustworthy! Would recommend 100%

I needed my roof and gutters cleaned off of Fall leaves so that we could enjoy our fireplace for Christmas. After calling Fraser Roofing, I was informed that their company did in fact offer that service and gave me the phone number of "Mr. John" who was very pleasant and accommodating. Jon Cook came the very next day (was right on time) and did a fantastic job cleaning off our roof and the gutters for an affordable price. He provided photos and pointed out areas that needed extra gutters and drainage pipes. We appreciated Jon's expertise as we needed to correct these issues before they cause further problems. I was extremely impressed with Jon's friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism. I will not hesitate to call Fraser Roofing again for this service, as well as when it is time to completely replace my roof!

The company provided a free inspection and an accurate estimate of repairs. Josh was thorough, knowledgeable and courteous. Repairs were completed in a timely, non-intrusive manner. They even repaired a couple of small additional items without additional costs. Very professional from start to finish. Will definitely use them again when needed.
