Honestly didn’t want to go in but my girlfriend insisted 😑 they had some type of sale going on was the reason why she wanted to go in there so bad. Other than that they have some nice things in there for women and they have some of the best smelling perfume as well, it smells so good!!!! I didn’t that I real and I’ll see no reason for me to go and only for support lol but all I know pretty decent store in very excellent customer service

Sanjae and Maria (I apologize if I spelled any name wrong in advance) were excellent! The line was really long and I realized I had to get my child from school. Maria kindly suggested that I put my items on hold, but I was hesitant to “jump the line”. Sanjae coincidentally (and also kindly) came to my rescue and took the items for me. I was back in 30 mins and my bag was waiting for me. I appreciate you both!

Yesterday I had a super unpleasant experience at the Pink Mall of GA with the rasist manager. Today I approached the one in Snelville and I am more than grateful for the attention received here, everyone is super friendly and Kate, who was the employee who assisted me, did so with great professionalism. The manager here is super A plus Thank you for compensating and making me feel good.

I had a great experience at this location. Sasha helped me throughout my visit she was very patient, kind and helpful. Although they were very busy she went the extra mile to help me find the correct bra size all while helping others. She also assisted me while checking out, my gift card was malfunctioning and she did not hesitate to call the 1800 number to get help she was just awesome!

First time back at this location since the remodel. I have always gone to the Mall of Ga. Every time I came in before the were always out of things and the ladies working there were rude. There has definitely been some big changes. The staff that I encountered were awesome. The store is so much bigger and had such a great selection. It’s great to know I don’t have to go all the way to Buford for some panties or a bra.

Customer service was good, aside from the young lady standing at the door, picking and choosing who she wants to greet hello and goodbye. Clearly I wasn't worthy of her "hello" or "have a good day, thank you for coming", which she offered to several guest that came after me and left before me.

I've seen the reviews & am wondering if they were in regards to this location: Shoppes @Webb Gin. it was my first time in this shopping area since moving to GA from Pittsburgh PA. Anyway, I had wonderful customer service - greeted as I walked in along with 2 other ladies that were ahead of me, with employees that are willing to help you and don't act like they're being put out so to speak, like the location that's at a certain mall. Ok be going out of my way to come shopping here some more regardless of the 25-30+ min drive. 👙👕👖💄

It may be expensive but at least its great quality items that last forever even with every day wear.

Staff was friendly and spoke upon me entering the store. That's actually pretty rare nowadays, so when I encounter it, I appreciate it. Store was clean and organized, even in the midst of a great sale(10 for $35 panties). I'll be back.

Audriana was so awesome and so helpful, great customer service. I will definitely come back to this location. Her manager Quinn was such a big help, I'll bring my girlfriends to this store while out to lunch!!!!

I had been to 3 separate Victoria's secrets and I finally was able to get a "perfect fit" here. It was amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful she even went to break late to make sure I was getting everything I needed.

One of the best Vikki stores I go to, I even come from Buckhead to get to this one because the staff is always so helpful and literally amazing! Ask for Naomi in particular, she is very sweet, knowledgable, professional, helpful, and always has extensive product knowledge and advice! Great inventory selection at this location as well!
