Ordered flowers for my mother the morning of her birthday. Even though last minute they delivered an arrangement that was bigger and more beautiful than what I could imagine. My mother was in tears with how beautiful they were. Thank you Heroman's for exceptional customer service.

I ordered flowers for my friend here for Christmas and they look nothing like the picture it was supposed to be 12 roses and she only got 11 and they look very messy. It said when I ordered “long stem” and some are long and some are short. Just not what I expected at all.

They did the arrangement again and this one was way better! 5 stars

Despite reading a couple negative reviews about this florist, I gave it a last minute try. I placed my order for premium lily's for my Mom and Dad's anniversary. Rickey Heroman's sent me an email confirmation, then another confirmation that the order was received and prepped, then a final confirmation about 2 hours later that the flowers were already delivered. They did great from start to finish and delivered much earlier than I anticipated. I will recommend this company. (And I never leave reviews, this place was exceptional.)

My family and I ordered a funeral spray on January 6, 2015 . I wanted it to look like a photo from a Pinterest website I had found, they copied it exactly as I had wished. I appreciate the time and effort they put into this, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

This place has saved me four times! Call it a lack of planning on my part, because that’s exactly what it is, but four times I have needed something last minute, they always come through for me! Beautiful work and always very well priced!
