Penguin Overstock

This little place offers overstock items purchased in bulk and then sold individually to the public. No membership needed. They provide a wide range of products. Small to mid sized household appliances, power tools, home decor, bedding, bicycles, electric scooters. They also offer tech, from wireless earbuds to range finders. I purchased a mid sized refrigerator. A 7.5 cubic foot Frigidaire still in the box that retails for over $200, I paid $100. At one point these fridges were over $400. Great deal, great customer service. Overall great experience.

I went to a few of those stores trying to buy some stuff for the house i recently got. HANDS DOWN THE LOWEST PRICES around. The staff is super friendly and I think Adam was guy that helped me. He was super friendly and very handsome. Apparently they are serving products and looks at that store. A++ recommend

They have a huge selection of brand new merchandise at cut rates. It kinda reminded me of a flea market. I was pleasantly surprised.

Nice mix of goods and a great place for bargain hunting.
Was told that trucks arrive every ten days or so, and the stock rotates frequently.

Great Bargains and help

Their customer service is on point and so I gave an extra star for that reason. However, I spent a lot back in December on two canopies and a big coleman tent. One of the canaopies frame was broke. I went back to return it... they only do store credit which is fine. They really did their best to make right with me going back two times to exchange for a non broken canopy frame but in the end, I ended up having to go get a brand new one anyway from Academy. Before giving up I wasted about two hours of my day on the back and forth. Fast forward to today.... for the first time I opened and set up my Coleman tent and well.... there's a huge rip on the side. It was only 80$ plus tax (which I was thrilled about), but had I known there was a rip in the tent, I would not have bought this. At this point with the time that's past since purchase, I won't bother them again about another broken item sold. I do love this store and do see shopping there again, just not for big ticket items. I did buy a bike for my kid for Christmas and it was brand new and when put together was in brand new great condition. No complaints there. If possible, ask to set up big ticket items before purchase. Quality control can be difficult with such a big store and kind of understandable.... to a tiny limit. I am disappointed I did not check the tent sooner but it is what it is at this point. Thankfully I did not travel and find this rip while camping, but I am going to try and sew it together before next fall, camping season! Thank you.
