Despite being a loyal and paying customer for years, these folks sent my Rx to another pharmacy that could not make the Rx. No notice, nothing. I received a cold letter after the fact. Horrible way to conduct business and clear exhibition of lack of loyalty and compassion. Terrible way to treat people with medical conditions.

-- Original Post: I own a consulting firm that provides Pharmacies with the opportunity to reduce costs for their patients through manufactured medications. I simply asked to send the information to the purchasing manager and after explaining that I could save them money because I work directly with the manufacturer and not a wholesaler, she hung up on me without explanation. I would imagine the owner of the pharmacy does not want a reputation of not seeking the lowest costs for their patients...

Liars. They forgot about my prescription. I waited a week after talking to them and they said they overnighted it and that it should be to me today. It never showed up.
