The lady who greets you at the front desk when you walk in is super kind, Both Dr.’s are super nice & personable.

I really appreciate the transparency from Letha, who works on the orthodontics or Invisalign side of the practice. She was very straight forward, here is what to plan for, here is what will help, and if you need anything reach out to us.

Appreciate Dr gentle attitude of respect when not wanting xtra work done. Assistant to hygienist very nice and hygienist cleaning teeth very gentle and didn’t talk my ears off. Really appreciate that! Will use her from now on.

Great clinic!! I broke a tooth a few days before Christmas and when I called to schedule an emergency appointment, they saw me later the same day. So appreciative of their great customer service and quality dental care.

Went in for a consultation because of a cracked tooth. Staff were friendly and efficient. The wait, to see the dentist, was a little long, but he did apologize for the wait. Will be returning to get tje tooth fixed (crown) and a routine cleaning.

I’m usually quite anxious going to the dentist. Had my first visit here and everyone and everything about this practice was top notch. I have never felt more comfortable and confident in a dentist and practice. Highly recommend.

Just had my first appointment with Dr. Carter and I was exceptionally pleased with the professionalism, attentiveness, and work of Dr. Carter and all the staff I interacted with at the office! I especially appreciated how they took the time to explain everything that was going with my procedure and ensured I understood fully. I just fairly recently moved to Gainesville and so have had to begin to build a new healthcare network. I was extremely concerned about finding a new dentist since I had been with my previous dentist for over 21 years. Dr. Carter and the office staff alleviated all of my concerns. I am glad I found them and they have certainly become part of healthcare network! They will be my go-to whenever I need any form of dental work!

The best dentist I've been to yet. I have terrible anxiety, and they answer all my questions with incredible patience, even when the questions are dumb :P
They make a point to make sure I understand everything about current and upcoming appointments, and the hygienists are super gentle (I've had past experiences with dentists who floss very aggressively). Would recommend these guys to anyone around Gainesville!

I’m a new client and really appreciate that it was easy to make the first appointment. Dr. Taylor is super nice and my hygienist Melissa was really friendly! Going to the dentist isn’t always the most fun, but when the team is friendly and works to make sure you’re comfortable that makes for a great experience!

I really liked Green Street Smiles. The employees were very nice and very professional. Everything was very timely run from what I could tell. I met with Dr Taylor after my cleaning session and he was very nice and professional as well. I will be going back to see them and would highly recommend them to family and friends. In fact one friend has already made his appointment! I think you would be happy there too!

This was my first visit to Green Street Smiles. Everyone was very nice . I loved Jordan the assistant. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything very well. The hygienist was also very personable and informative. Dr. Taylor seems very nice and I appreciate his attitude of taking one thing at a time instead of trying to overwhelm you with lots of procedures. I will be seeing a lot of them in the future and I hope they will become my go to dentist office. It was a very pleasant first visit .
