I had the pleasure of working with Mirella during my call with an auto policy. Mirella was very professional and knowledgeable and I appreciated her assistance, I had been with my previous insurance company for over thirty years but never received this type of personal assistance. I actually felt that I knew her and that she was very interested in helping me resolve my issues which she did. I look forward to working with her in the future.

Gabe ran the numbers for me...when he told me my rates I thought he was joking. They were less than half of what I was paying at my current insurer for both home and 2 cars! I switched that day. I think I made him say the numbers 2-3 times before I believed him.

I usually don't write reviews however this place is 5 star's all the way! 7/21/22 Went into Lee's Allstate branch looking to insure my new home and bundle my car insurance. I got there about 4:15pm and left around 7:20pm. Being in the office awhile myself my wife came by later and we had a great time visiting and joking with Lee. This had such a nice real old school warm it was great. Lee worked diligently to get all my insurance together, but the computer was having an issue. These things happen no big deal we aren't closing till next month, so we got the ball rolling with the Auto Policy. Friday being the Next day Lee called me up and told me he got everything ready for the car but the house was still having an issue going through and since I am not too far from his office he drove to my work and had me sign the papers so I didn't have to stop by after work (I am super impressed that someone in this day and age is considerate enough to do something like this.) Once he was over here, we had a great time visiting. Unfortunately, the home policy had still not taken it was waiting for the auto policy. Lee told me he would work on this over the weekend. I received a call Monday that the home and umbrella policy had gone through and that he would be driving over to come get my signature. Two times back-to-back this man has driven to my work to get my signature to help not inconvenience me! Folks this is customer service you don’t see anymore.
