Big Lots

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I didn't used to shop there because of issues with bad service but over the last year that's changed and I'm glad because I love Big Lot's.

Clean, organized, staff was ok only spoke to register person. Other staff walked by but were not overly friendly or engaged with customers (didn't even try). Staff at register were younger and seems to be tired or just didn't want to be there. (Been a few times with same person).

They had what I needed at a better price than other stores I had looked at. And the cashier rocks!

This Big Lots has changed so much and not for the good. Yes it is nice and clean but I couldn't find anything and they don't have the merchandise they used to. The employees were very nice though and tried to help me find what I was looking for. Zelda was very helpful.

There's not a Big Lots where I live, so go check things out any time I'm close. Fantastic deals. Great selection of seasonal items (Christmas now) with exceptional prices!!

Kesha the store manager in Gainesville GA is absolutely wonderful. She truly went way out of her way to make sure we were completely satisfied with our Sealy Mattress. We will continue to shop big lots gville for more furniture needs in the future. Great job on excellent customer service Kesha, it's hard to find nice people like you that care and go out of there way

I love Big Lots! I could see myself shopping there at least once a week if not even more than that. Unfortunately there's not one any where ' near my town. So my shopping has been getting done at some local area stores.. I really would prefer to do it at Big Lots!

Always an good way to spend a bit of time after the Dr. Appointment. There are many decorative items and always a few household items I find.

My hubby and decided we needed new recliners, so I saw the ad on TV for Lane recliners for $199.00 each. We went to the store in Gainesville, Ga. They have a lot of nice furniture! The people were really nice, helpful and went out of there way to load the chairs. So go check it out, they have a lot of good things cheap !

Great selection of product at very reasonable prices. Employees were friendly and helpful. Had not shopped at a big lots in years and was shocked at the low prices on furniture, home decor, and serta matresses. Glad I stopped in and will definitely be returning.

Its been a while since I've been to Big Lots. I was impressed! The store was clean and well organized. And you couldn't beat the prices! I will be going back for sure.

Pretty good store. I can find a lot of stuff. BUT, I wish they would get in some Breeze litter box pellets! I have to go to WAL-MART and my husband hates WAL-Mart..... so I'd rather buy it from you!

I love to come inside big lots and look around sometimes I find good things that I really want.

Really good selection, prices are reasonable and very clean store, furniture is comfortable.

The assistant managers courtesy and assistance makes this store 5 star hands down.

I was able to find everything I needed, And some more great deals to go with it. I love this store

Big Lots is the best place ever I do all my Christmas shopping and all my other shopping there to buy cheap stuff for people I really don't care about if you want to see a child cry on Christmas go there and buy toys after finding some point when the toy will break him fall apart
