I have been going to Huepfel Dental for many years. The entire staff is the best. AMY is so through and Kind, Betty is so organized and friendly, and Dr Mark is just an excellent dentist. Thank you for your great care.

I just had my first appointment here today as a new patient and I can say that everyone here on staff is very friendly and welcoming. I had no problem getting my insurance verified a few weeks back and scheduling and appointment. Betty was very friendly and provided me paperwork ahead of my appointment. I met Dr. Huepfel in the waiting room this morning, he was welcoming and professional. Amy took care of my cleaning and did an amazing job! She made sure I was comfortable the entire process and answered any dental questions I had along the way. Dr. Heupfel checked out my teeth and xrays and gave me a thumbs up for taking care of my teeth! I also was given an "A+" from Amy. Overall this was a very pleasant experience for being a new patient. I am glad that I have such a nice dental office in the area. I would recommend anyone in the ares to check them out! I am excited to try out the whitening kits they gave me free after my cleaning!

Dr. Huepfel and his staff are really amazing. I can't stop smiling, they did such an amazing job on my teeth! Our regular dentist was closed and i was referred by a friend to Dr. Huepfel. One of the best decisions i have ever made. He did an excellent job and i would recommend him to anyone!

My family and I have had the good fortune of having Dr. Huepfel as our dentist for the past four years in New Richmond and Houlton. Dr. Huepfel and his staff have always been there when we are in need of immediate care. They do great work with compassion and make us feel like we are part of their family. He has done root canals, crowns, and fixed broken fillings. We trust his work and advice and would recommend Dr. Huepfel to everyone.

Dr. Huepfel is kind and gentle and goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable when he is working on your teeth. His assistants, Cathy and Casey, are friendly and helpful as well. This morning, I had an emergency (a cracked temporary crown that was causing wicked hot/cold sensations), and they got me in immediately and fixed the problem - Dr. Mark and his team truly care about their patients. I have been a patient for over 15 years and actually look forward to seeing my dentist now... I never would have said that before I was a patient here!

Always very friendly staff and Dr. Huepfel has always been very helpful in getting me seen very promptly. I had to stop in with extreme tooth pain and no appt set up before, and he made it work to get me seen within hours to get me feeling better. And with not having insurance and paying for everything out of pocket, the prices are very reasonable. Dr. Huepfel was recommended to me by a friend, and I'm glad I came to see him. He is always very sweet and nice and treats you like family when you come in. I would recommend him to my family and friends. Thank you so much for making my smile beautiful again. 😁

Dr. Huepfel got me in a pinch for a dental emergency I was having. He was very welcoming and I immediately felt comfortable. The staff truly care and helped me get all my questions answered. The service was great and I would recommend to anyone needing honest and reliable dental work.

He and his staff are very kind and helpful and want the best for their patients. He saved me a lot of money compared to what another dentist who didn't go through all of the options with me when I broke 2 teeth. He also takes care of things quickly and easy to get in for appointments.

Dr. Mark Huepfel is a very experienced Dentist and he always makes sure that his work is perfect and he puts his patients needs first. He also makes sure that his patients are comfortable, gives them respect and is very friendly and provides a happy, positive environment/staff to all patients .

I brought my son, Thomas in for a cleaning with their hygienist, Amy and she was beyond amazing! She was patient and gentle with him and amazing with kids! She did an outstanding job and I will for sure be bring my son back for future visits! Love it there!

I recommend Dr.Heupful for anyone that needs a dentist. He is very kind and does great work. His assistant Kacey is very nice and helpful.

Went 29 years without ever having a cavity. All I had done was cleanings. The dentist I had I didn't care for so I decided to come here. After normal checkup and cleaning they found I had a cavity and each time more and more would show up. Then ballooned into having to have root canals done on 1 entire quadrant minus 1 tooth that started as cavities. Had 1 root canal, started not feeling great, discovered I had an infection and needed another root canal and that continued on for a whole year across 1 quadrant. Finally I stopped going there because for a person who has gone 29 years without any teeth problems to having that many is ridiculous! Afterward I stopped going I haven't had anymore problems. Went to another dentist to fix what he didn't fix well at all!

This is the correct office, people do get married and have name changes!

My experience with Huepfel Dental Clinic has been so much less than positive that I wouldn't even give it one star of that were possible. My husband and I both have had serious problems with dental work done there. The hours may be convenient, but I would rather fit my schedule around a quality dental clinic than allow my oral health to suffer.
