The staff is here is very friendly. The nurses are amazing and the doctor ran every test possible to give us answers. All with a calm and respectful presence. The radiologist tech was amazing as well 5 stars all around.

Nurse Samantha along with others and Dr. Soud were AMAZING. I have never had such a great experience at an ER before. They truly go above and beyond here to make sure their patients are taken care of from no wait times to warmed blankets and much more. I can not say enough good things about the staff here and will forever be grateful for how well I was taken care of during my visit.

Amazing experience, making a scary moment not so scary. Called about treating a dog bite on a toddler. When I arrived, they were ready for us and took us right back to a room. The staff was so friendly to my baby. They did so many things to make her feel more comfortable. They gave her stickers, goldfish, and apple juice too! The best part was that they were fast. A doctor even called me the next day to check on my daughter. Highly recommend.

Doctor Brooks was extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough. It is clear that he truly cares about his patients. The entire staff did an exceptional job treating a family member during a recent visit to Prairieville Family Hospital. We were seen immediately and Dr Brooks spent a considerable amount of time running tests, answering questions and checked in multiple times to explain the process during our stay. I have a high bar and Dr Brooks exceeded all expectations, Outstanding experience!

Today I took my 7 year old in for a cough that she had after a cold. It became clear to me she needed a chest X-ray after seeing her regular pediatrician. So the next day my husband and myself took my daughter in. As soon as I walked in the front desk lady was so nice, I don’t remember her name but she was so sweet and had glasses. Then the nurses omg the best nurses I’ve ever had in my life. And this is coming from a military family that has just been to all types of doctors in 3 states. Then Dr. Nicole Fiske was AMAZING. They immediately agreed my daughter did in fact need a chest X-ray. From that we found out she had mild pneumonia and she was treated with her second round of antibiotics and breathing treatment right away. Everything they did was amazing for my daughter and they were super quick and attentive to her. I 10000% recommend this place for adults and kids! Shoot they are so good they could probably see pets too no lie! Thank you so much again for seeing us and being so kind to us, especially me being the panicking mom I was.

I went for the first time to this facility just this morning. Me & my husband were blown away by the receptionist, nurses & the doctor. Sorry I don’t remember all of their names, but their kindness, care of me along with their professionalism was excellent. Words cannot express how appreciative we were of each & every one of their staff. They showed me they really cared.
Please consider them if you have an emergency. You will not be disappointed.

Staff was amazing! Very helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn’t write due to an injury and they assisted me through the entire process. I didn’t even have to wait to be seen. It was immediate. Dr. Brooks was the MD. Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. Very happy overall with the service I received. I really wish I could give more than 5 stars. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone! This is the definition of going above and beyond for your patients. Thank you all!

I recently visited Prairieville Family Hospital and was absolutely blown away by their treatment, thoroughness and overall care. Dr. Brooks, RNs Brittany and Audra, and Rhonda at the front desk went above and beyond to show compassion to my family as we were dealing with our sick toddler and baby. We live out of state and were worried about being away from their pediatrician. However, I felt completely safe and take care of at Prairieville Family Hospital. I highly recommend their care to others when it comes to needing a hospital.

This is the BEST HOSPITAL!!! Dr. Brooks, Dr. Laura Richey and Nurse Brittany along with their AMAZING STAFF is the ABSOLUTE BEST EVER! I’ve never been more impressed and happy with my experience like I am with Prairieville Hospital. My first time ever coming here and I had a fantastic experience, from the time I walked in and walked out. The doctors even called a day later to check on me. The care you receive from here is beyond EXCEPTIONAL and if I could rate higher I would definitely give this place 💯+

Dr. Harper, the receptionist, nurses, and all the staff we encountered were very pleasant and professional! The facility was very clean and welcoming. Dr. Harper had excellent bedside manners with my 6 year old son. He took the time to explain the diagnosis and answer questions. I would not hesitate to visit this urgent care again.

I was very sick and my Husband brought me to Prairieville Family Hospital.
From the moment we walked in Stephanie the receptionist made me comfortable and very caring. Dr.Laura Richey was the most thorough Doctor I believe I have ever seen she was intuitive and concerned and went above and beyond! Now to My nurse Candace I Will never forget how you helped me how you truly took care of me when I couldn't help myself thank You from the bottom of my heart you are the best. I went in from a stomach bug dehydration body aches and just SICK and this Hospital is the best I have ever been to and it is definitely not and urgent care so I now have a new health care if and when needed

Prairieville Family Hospital was the onoly one opened at midnight. I came down with covid-19. Doctor D. Brooks and Nurse Kim were very hospitable and they gave me their undivided attention. I would recommend this hospital to anyone. They know how to treat people. Thank you Dr. D. Brooks, Nurse Kim and staff.

Beyond my expectations, From the front desk, to the nurse & Doctor. This is a hospital, but so very small on square footage, but huge on heart and compassion, dedication and professionalism Thank you

My 2 year old daughter had a bad fall resulting in her tooth piercing her bottom lip from the inside out. My wife had suggested we take her nearby to the Prairieville Family Hospital since it was close and had good reviews.

I don’t normally hand out reviews but I had to chime in and make sure that it’s known that THESE GUYS WERE AMAZING!!!! My daughter had to have a single stitch and as scary as it was for her (and my wife &), that couldn’t have made us feel more comfortable and at home. Our daughter was out the door and happy again in no time. They will be seeing my family in the future, for sure (hopefully not too soon 🤕).

I had an amazing experience with the Prairieville Family Hospital. The staff was not only extremely efficient and knowledgeable but they were pleasant, compassionate, patient, and very friendly. I thank God for the healthcare providers staffed at this Emergency Room. They helped to minimize the stress of a very stressful situation. Keep up the excellent work!

I've never felt this cared for and listened to by any other medical staff in my life. Not a cheap trip, but worth making if you absolutely need to. Highly recommended if a hospital visit is necessary.
