Acapulco Mexican Restaurant

Great food! Good margaritas! Amazing flan!

We've never had a bad meal or poor service at any Acapulco Restaurant. We really love their chips and salsa. This was our second trip to this restaurant location And during the pandemic in February 2021. Our service was excellent and we later found out when we left the waitress was the restaurant manager Olivia. Oliva checked on us several times and made sure our sodas never went empty. They were busy and she made sure all the tables were getting serviced multiple times. We ordered the Steak and Chicken Fajitas which were so good and a lot of food on three plates.

Had the Carnitas Con Nopales and it was so good. The sauce was to die for and the pork was very tender and flavorful. It's a dish that I would eat every week so please please don't ever take it off the menu.

My whole family's favorite place. When I walk in, the smell of fresh corn chips fills the air. I'm greeted at my table by genuinely friendly staff who all seem to be happy and enjoying each other. Very family feeling. First bites are the house made chips I've been smelling and a salsa so fresh you know it's made daily. Chips and salsa anywhere else I'm not even interested in. But at Acapulcos, the chips and salsa sets the stage in your mind that you're at a place that really goes the extra mile on quality, flavor, and freshness, even in the little things. Some of my favorite things on the menu are the seafood chimichanga that's smothered in a white cheese sauce, the al pastor taco that has pork and grilled pineapple, or the mixed fajitas with steak, chicken, and shrimp. I've eaten there countless times and have never received a meal that was less than perfect.

In fact, we love Acapulcos so much, that we had them cater my brothers wedding a few months back. We had a high end wedding at a beautiful golf course, and a taco bar may seem odd to some people. But we received so many compliments on the food. Everyone was crazy about it. Acapulcos set everything up on site and it looked really impressive. They provided the heated pans for all the food, service ware, even plates and napkins. The food was flawless and very plentiful for the number of guests we ordered for. Not to mention very reasonably priced. So many of the guests came to ask us where the food was from, and immediately put Acapulcos in their phones and planned to go there. Everyone loved it.

At the end of the day, Acapulcos is providing exactly what everyone wants from any restaurant. High quality, delicious food served fast by genuinely friendly service. I highly recommend it to anyone.

The waiter was great. Our food was tasty too. Bar was busy. We sat at a booth. Was not crowded when we went Monday dinner time.

Heidi, Julia and Theresa are the BEST!! We make it point to come in on the days they are working. BEST frozen strawberry margaritas!! Great food and great service.

Acapulcos catered my wedding, absolutely amazing. The servers were so polite and helpful, the food was amazing, and they even boxed up all the leftovers and let us take them home. Cleaned up very well and everyone was raving about how good the food was. Best decision ever to have them cater!

Awesome food and service here. Went with a group of 11 and the food came out quickly and at the same time. Taste tested some of what others ordered and it was all very good. Would return again if I'm ever in the area.

Wowsy wow wow wow! OMG. This a big restaurant with a mix of atmosphere, maybe a mix of decor appealing to the frozen tundra inhabitants. A little Mexican in odd places and blase' modern in others, but that aside...

It's the food that's spectacular, creative, without being patently weird. (As in some places I've been to recently . All ambience, yucky food.)

I could eat here every day if I lived closer. I dream of returning soon. Oh the delicious, fragrances wafting from the kitchen.

Yes this is the place and food experience I've been longing for, for many moons.

I enjoyed the biggest tamales I've ever seen slathered in a delicious creamy dreamy mole' sauce.

A creative sweet salad with grilled peaches, blueberries, walnuts with feta on top introduced me to the best meal I have had in ages.

The festively plated black bean side complimented my main course perfectly.

OK---Food is very tasty! This place has a chef with good taste. Bell peppers and onions prevail, but not overwhelm in a burrito. Most joints use ground chuck and a big ladle of sauce..NOT HERE! Delicious mex not SYSCO mex.

The carnitas con nopales was amazing!! I will be back for it every week!!! Please please please keep it in the menu!! I’m bringing my husband back for it too! Yum!!!!🤤

Food was delicious and came out very quickly! I had the taco salad and chips w cheese dip. Cheese dip is a must try! We stopped in for my guy's b-day we didn't mention it to the servers it was his bday. The manager asked if we wanted to try dessert but we said we were so full but had never tried deep fried Ice cream and was up in the air if he we could eat anymore. She put it on the house. Deep fried Ice cream was so good! Staff was amazing! We'll be back!

The food was absolutely delicious! Some of the best Mexican I've had! Service was great! We sat outside on a lovely summer day. That would be a fun patio in the evening with some lights hung around too!

My wife accidentally ordered from the wrong location on Door Dash and the General Manager went out of his way to deliver our order directly to our house! This is above and beyond service that you will get from this restaurant. The food and atmosphere is great as well. We love watching Wild and Vikings games here as a family while eating amazing authentic Mexican Food!

I went to acapulco last night and ruby was my server. I wanted to let someone know she was so nice and helpful and new alot about items that I had questions about . Excellent server !

Absolutely love going here. Wonderful service! Can't say anything but great things about the employees working there, they are so kind and patient with my family and I ordering (and we sometimes take a little longer than most haha).

Food is also great, for the price you get an incredible amount, seriously. Lots of food for a single person, and plenty for a family. Tastes great as well! Though, sometimes too much flavor, and what I mean by this is that the sauce they use can be a bit overwhelming if the cook puts too much on.

Overall, great food in a very fun festive feeling environment.
