Technicians text that appointment is soon, text when they are on the way to my home, when they arrive, and when they depart with summary of work. He also rings the doorbell so I know he is in the yard. Polite and prompt service.

Donovan has been my Terminix professional for the last year and he’s been great. He is knowledgeable, friendly and always quick to respond to texts. He helped with an ant issue in our kitchen a few months ago and took care of the issue quickly. I’d highly recommend his services

I was extremely impressed that Terminex retreated my home at no charge. I know it was to the company’s benefit, but it was a great benefit for me too. I have been a Terminex customer since 2009.

The tech calls a day or two prior to the visit. Terminix keeps my environment pest-free. Also, they provide suggestions for other services and inspections if warranted/requested.

Mr Perry is a great person to work with. He is very concerning. He notifies me when he is coming and ask me if I have any concerns. He tells me the results when he is finished. He is a value to your company.

Great Service Tech in Donovan. He not only gave me a very specific heads-up when he was arriving, but also did a wonderful job of treatment & communicating the results of the treatment to me via text (I didn't even have to be home). Would highly recommend.

He could not have been more professional, and I was blown away by his attention to detail and knowledge of his craft. I cannot be more complementary of the job he did, and I highly recommend him and Terminix to anyone looking to protect their home from termites and other pests.

Terminix found evidence of powder post beetles under our house. Price for treatment seemed reasonable (as reasonable as something like this can be) so we went ahead with the service. They got it done the next day. Quick and easy!

I was over-the-moon with the service I received from Terald! He was straight forward, gave me tips to keep pests out, and pointed out potential entry ways that could be fixed--inside and outside of my house. He was very personable and made me feel comfortable and assured me that the treatment would be thorough. I had a family emergency and missed the time slot for my appointment, but Terald made a 1 hour trip all the way back to my house to still service the same day! That is the dedication that anyone is looking for in a company. Its been about 2 1.5 weeks since the service and I see the occasional bug-- DEAD! He was truly a great employee and I look forward to much more business with him.

Contractor found active termites. After being told by scheduler that it would take 5 days to get someone to inspect and treat (thus delaying renovations) I asked to have a manager contact me. He called the next day and had a technician out the next day.
The technician was excellent and came back the next day to treat the new wood. He also responded to my texts immediately.

Jesse is simply the best Terminix representative I have ever worked with. His customer service skills are impeccable, always arriving for the scheduled appointment time with a smile and positive attitude. He goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done! I have a fear of cockroaches, but I have seen zero bugs in my apartment this year, and I have Jesse to thank!! I live in Louisiana where we have all
kinds of gigantic bugs, so you really can't put a price on having a peace of mind that you won't run into a huge bug at any given moment in your own home. I have Jesse to thank for that, too.

We've been customers for over 15 years. We love the service and the ongoing communication that is provided by the technicians. We wouldn't trade them for any other company.

James came by while I was at work, and he patiently gave me some info over my video doorbell. I did some research and contacted him, asking him to come back that evening. He was very friendly and personable, answering every question I had. I was set up to have service done the next morning.

A few minutes into the scheduled window, the tech called letting me know he was on his way. He got there, talked me through everything he was doing while he was doing it, and was very friendly the whole time. Great experience so far!

Updated after 3 treatments... still 5 stars. My tech, Dale, is great! Very friendly and accommodating. If I need treatment inside, he’s more than willing to do anything necessary. He’s also given me suggestions to cut down on the amount of bugs by my front door. The service is great!
