Dr. Flood is the best!!! I wasn't prepared for the long wait times to see her but it is WORTH it. She is thorough, takes her time and LISTENS. I've read some of the other reviews and although there was a period where her office staff was not the best, I can tell you it has improved 100%!! I will see Dr. Flood for as long as she is in practice. I also have several friends and co-workers who see her and feel the same way!

Dr Flood is absolutely amazing. I have been her patient for more than 10 years. She listens and responds to my needs. She is extremely knowledgeable with metabolic disorders. The staff is amazing and helpful. The office is clean.

Great family practice that’s my primary physician. Started seeing Dr. Flood before she formed her own practice. I was startled to learn she’d left, but, glad to find she’d opened her own office and had brought her PA, as well as several nurses/office assistants from her previous practice. From the start, an experienced staff assisting a great PCP. And, adding another great PA is a sure sign of growth while keeping wait times minimal and the level of service high for her patients. Great family practice!

Dr. Flood has an unending desire to find the answers to complicated endocrine and cardiology issues like no other physician I have ever worked with before. I am so grateful to have her knowledge & compassion. Truly the best!

I have been with Dr. Flood years before she opened up this current clinic. I always feel I get so much important information about whatever I discuss with her. She is so knowledgeable and so eager to help!! Keep it up!!

Dr Flood spends time with you, she listens. ALL of the staff are friendly and helpful. Get to park and walk right in, no driving around huge lot looking for space. Can't say enough about how great this place is.

Love Dr Flood, but her administration and billing staff the past year or so have been very rude. Everyone I know has used Dr. Flood since she opened, but past few years she must of changed alot of staff which now no one but Dr. Flood is pleasant to speak with.

Dr Flood was amazing the first time I saw her. She was recommended by several people so i had high hopes. After the first appointment, I got pushed off on the NP, which she was fine just not very informative, I saw her two times. They rescheduled my appointment with her as a virtual visit just recently. Then 24hrs before my appointment they call to tell me the NP left the practice, and they needed to reschedule my appointment. They told me it was another month away and I had JUST gotten bloodwork done. I asked if Dr Flood could at least call me and give me the results of my bloodwork to know if I needed a medication change, and instead of calling she had the front desk call me who didn’t know anything about the medications I’m on. She put me on a new med with zero explanation as to why. I let it fly at first, but then they called to reschedule my appointment TWO MORE TIMES. I was done at this point, canceled and I’ll find a new doctor that is more reliable. They are over booked and shouldn’t be taking new patients without tending to their current ones. I was not impressed at all.

Was a great practice when they first opened. Now there is a two month wait for an appointment and the office wait is an hour long. Love the doctor's, but the practice is over booked.

Dr. Flood is GREAT, but I have had 3 appointments cancelled in the past year. I have yet to actually meet Dr. Flood in person as all of my appointments are cancelled and when I do get one it is virtual. I tell the receptionist that I can't just swing appointments as I take thyroid meds for not having a thyroid and all I get is a response of "we will call you in a prescription". You can't do that as I could be over medicated or under medicated and not seeing the doctor and having blood work done can cause issues. Thankfully I was able to find a new doctor before this last appointment was cancelled, began looking after the last cancellation.

The doctor my wife was seeing left this office. We were not notified but found out when we were not able to refill a prescription. We called the doctors office and were told we could not fill the prescription unless we scheduled another appointment. So, we scheduled an appointment and took the first available, which was one month away.

The day of the appointment, my wife arrived at the office to check in. The receptionist informed her that her appointment was a telemedicine appointment, which was never mentioned, and said since Dr. Flood was behind, she could simply drive 20 minutes back home and wait for Dr. Flood to call her.

Dr. Flood eventually called 1 hour and 20 minutes after her appointment was scheduled. My wife informed her about never being notified that her doctor left to which Dr Flood replied, “Do you know how impossible it would be to contacts all of Mrs. Landry’s patience? And by the way, we posted this it on Facebook.”

Then my wife informed her about her rude staff and how it took 1 month to see her to which Dr Flood replied, “I don’t see how that could be because I’ve been taking telemedicine calls within 2 days.”

There was no apology, no ownership, no taking responsibility. Rather, all the blame was placed back on us.

We will never go to the doctors office again. We will tell everyone we know about this experience. I highly recommend that if you are considering coming to this office, look elsewhere.
