From the moment I checked in, to the my 6 am check out, and great conversation with Iyanna our sweet front desk clerk (I apologize if I got your name wrong). The hospitality offered here is top notch. Clean rooms, and the breakfast did not disappoint.

Located central to shopping, dining, and hospitals, this place is very clean and nice. The front desk attendant was able to give me a room directly by the exit, which provided easy access in and out of the hotel.
I thought I left my phone in the room after checkout, and the lady answering phones went above and beyond to find my phone.
This was a joyful experience, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baton Rouge.

Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. The parking lots are very brightly lit at night. There's also lots of restaurants in the area which are open late, this helps if you've been on the road and are checking in late. The free breakfast in the morning had a nice selection and something for everyone.

A comfortable stay after a long day of driving in Baton Rouge, with a breezy check-in process. Very close and convenient to I-10, but room was nice and quiet. The room itself was very spacious with comfortable beds and a pull out trundle. A simple but plentiful breakfast and friendly staff helped round out a great stay.

Best hotel experience I have ever had. From my booking directly with the hotel, my arrival, my room, breakfast and departure. It’s been a while that I have experienced such great service. Everyone... and I mean ALL the staff was super friendly and accommodating. My daughter was in Baton Rouge to take bridal pictures and had her make up artist meet us there. The room was perfect for her to set up and we had plenty room. So pleased with the whole experience (and I NEVER do reviews, but this was 5 star worthy!)

Staff is amazing! The rooms are nice and housekeeping is thorough! I stayed here while I was waiting on my place to be ready and I didn’t want to leave. I recommend this for your stay.

My stay at this hotel was beyond excellent. The room was wonderful and I automatically felt at home and at ease. The room service was great, breakfast was wonderful. I will be staying here from now on. Bravo to this hotel. Wow, their manager is doing a excellent job. Please keep up the good. If I could give them 100 stars, I would, but unfortunately I can only give 5, so here's all 5 for their amazing service.

We visited in Oct 2020 and loved the place despite few changes made due to Covid-19. The place is close to I-10 but still the room was reasonably quiet.

The room was spacious and amenities were plenty. They use Paul Michell products and I love the lemon sage lotion.

The kitchenette with microwave was super useful as we could make our own milk tea.

The place is walking distance from LSU Burden museum and the botanical gardens.

The accommodation is superb! The staff is very helpful and respectful. This hotel is conveniently located close to Jimmy Swaggart Ministries on Bluebonnet. The breakfast is great! I don’t have any complaints, but I will suggest 2 things to improve service. One, consider having waffles every morning for breakfast. Two, update the coffee dispensers and keep fresh coffee all night long. Thank you for your service.

Very nice hotel, clean, beds were comfortable, receptionist was very nice and polite. She made check in fast and easy. The grab a bite table with free drinks and snacks when you check in is a very nice touch. The continental breakfast is more of a breakfast buffet. With scrambled eggs and sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, oatmeal, toast , pastry, serval juices and drinks, and the breakfast attendant kept checking food to make sure there was plenty and fresh. Best continental breakfast I’ve had anywhere, I was impressed.

The hotel is clean and quiet! I was happy that I didn’t wake up late night / early morning to ruckus!

The location was convenient, we were able to quickly hop off the highway without rerouting. The room was newly renovated, clean, with modern furnishings and the front desk girl was friendly and helpful. She gave great suggestions for dining.

Great hotel. They easily accommodated for my children by upgrading us to a suite. Staff is friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. Even pointed us in the direction of some great restaurants. This was just a halfway stop on our road trip but a delightful one indeed!

We accidentally booked the previous night online. When we got there and realized our mistake, we were upset at our own mistake. The staff at the front desk said they did have a room available, but it would be $124. We didn't ask for a discount, but I think they felt bad for us and went ahead and gave us a discount ($89) just to be nice. We appreciated it.
