Embassy Suites by Hilton Baton Rouge

Hospitality is this Embassy Suites specialty. From the front desk to room service and service personnel all around, this hotel excels where so many these days fail. Every aspect of my stay was pleasant and relaxing. Professionally staffed throughout. Rooms were clean and sanitary. Room service food is excellent and welcomed after a long day of travel. Rooms are quiet and the location is convenient to the interstate.

When booking my stay, I was very concerned with the reviews others had left. Let me say that everything was great. If you are expecting a room at the Ritz Carton for a motel 6 price, then keep looking. I can say the room was clean, they are large, and the bed was so comfortable. The only negative would be that I wish the bathroom was a little larger, but not a deal breaker. The evening reception was great and the breakfast is amazing. I stayed on a Saturday and the hotel was full of baseball and softball teams. The staff worked hard to ensure everything went well for everyone. Dont let the reviews scare you, this place is nice.

Not sure what made them charge to park on property but oh well. Maybe use all that $$ to fix the pot holes lol
Love this Hotel though! Great Breakfast! Great rooms! They do have an open bar although we don't use alcohol, so it isn't a perk for us

Best hotel I've yet been to. The room was very spacious, nice, neat and clean. Loved the complimentary breakfast.

Besides needing a heavy update due to moisture and the (CARPET) needing to Goooo! I wouldn't stay anywhere else! Mrs. Cyn made me feel as though I was her next door neighbor, she's awesome! Mr.Cameron very pleasant as well just the whole staff completely warming 💜 enjoyed our stay! (Breakfast) was delicious 😋 Bar staff Erica and crew AWESOME 🤩 Like I said outside of very much needing an update because that moisture will cause those problems such as (MOLDY SMELLS) also will make you sick 😷 The carpet needs to come out as well it's yucky being pet friendly and old yeah it needs to go! Over all we enjoyed our stay❣

First I would have to give Gary and his staff a huge thank you. This is by far THE BEST hotel we have ever stayed at. We truly have been in about ever hotel you can imagine, due to our child health issues. So believe me when I say this, it the Best hotel ever. As I have read some comments, the negative ones seem to just be picky picky. The rooms are spacious! Two different TV’s, the windows allow beautiful sunlight in. Hot water that never gets cold. Breakfast is one to completely fall in love with. The bar is homey, and the whole staff from Ms Cynthia and all the other beautiful souls that work at the counter. It’s absolutely one of our favorite hotels. Our home away from home. 6 min from the Children hospital, that’s a big bonus for us. They understand my son has autoimmune disease, so the lucky staff will leave us fresh towel and anything else we need. It is a SAFE hotel, from outside to the inside!!! We have stayed in the 7th and 5th floor. We was there this past Christmas due to our son having surgery, 8/9 days in the hotel we call home. I would recommend this to everyone.

Second time staying here before our cruise, love their buffet style breakfast. Rooms very nice and spacious.

Great location in Baton Rouge for restaurants and getting on the interstate. Rooms were great, but some old stains on the carpet and my toilet ran. As always, the breakfast was superb, and you can't go wrong with the happy hour each night.

The night we stayed it was my first time at this location so I didn't
know how the breakfast lay out worked if I would have known I would have brought my wallet to leave a tip and if I wasn't tired from the event we attended the night before I would have went back downstairs for a second omelette

it was fresh and seasoned just right delicious we will definitely be staying here again just for The Omelettes LOL
Besides all of that overall the whole experience was excellent beautiful place an excellent customer service

Great staff... rooms need updating but beds are amazing. Bartenders are super nice

We had a great experience here. We always love staying at the embassy suites. Rooms are always great, breakfast is always great and the whole stay. Front Desk staff were great as everytime we came and left they always found time to say hello and goodbye. This is definitely a great place to stay if you are in Baton Rouge!

Breakfast was really good the potatoes were really Cold room 410 was really cozy the middle door kept locking the other person out

Everything was fine until we went to the pool and the maid cleaned out our refrigerator. When my fiance came back from going to get our lunch out the room for a poolside date. he told me the service was in my room! I was pretty upset when my fiance came back with 30.00 reimbursed from simply our olive garden lunch being trashed. Service is not supposed to lurk around in your room when your not there.... This is not right!

Great hotel with good service. Pool and hot tub were well taken care of.

The employees were so accommodating and personable. Breakfast was amazing. Happy hour was fun! We had a very enjoyable experience and will certainly stay at the Embassy Suites if and when we visit Baton Rouge again.

The associate who checked us in went out of her way to accommodate us even though we arrived before the stated check in time. My wife appreciated the multiple sinks in the room, a feature we have not encountered elsewhere.

Staff was super nice to my special needs child and overall a great hotel!

I’ve always liked these types of hotels with the large common place in the middle. It just feels nicer inside. Rooms are huge and clean.
