I'm only rating the College Drive location, NOT the others, friendly staff, know their merchandise, if not in stock there, will check to see if another store has it. Greet you coming in and going out. Side bar the Baker, La store is good to shop in also.

Was visiting website, located item I was looking for available at this location. Was able to locate via Google maps, entered, selected item easily (plus eyed several other looks I plan to return and purchase). Great customer service. Very professional staff 👏, made great 1st impression.

I love this store. Always friendly staff willing to help you out putting things together, giving suggestions. Nice clothing for the full figured lady at very reasonable prices. Quite frankly I prefer not to shop anywhere else but Cato's.

Both the sales reps. were very friendly and helpful. The exterior and interior of the store were very clean and neat. It made me feel like I wanted to buy everything in the store. It just gave me such a nice feeling.😌

The ladies that work here are Awesome!!! I always find great deals on cute shirts for work. They carry petite pants too that I Love. My go to store for work clothes. Highly recommend!!!
