Nice store and the workers were nice and helpful.

Positive Vibes here: This place is really well clean and organized. Meat and produce always fresh. Workers do not mind helping you. Never had an issue here. Prices are on the higher end but I suggest everyone to download the app for better deals.

The best experience I have had with a cashier. Sherri was friendly and went out of her way to accommodate my needs. I didn’t notice any self check out at this location. It is a gem for customer service.

This store recently updated its layout and at first I hated it, but now I feel it flows better than before. Mainly, though, I come in for the produce to snack on while at work. It's always fresh and never moldy. They really keep on top of that, here! Oh, and all the staff are polite and very helpful.

I love shopping at Albertson's! Their fruits and vegetables are always clean and fresh. I always buy these salads they sell and they be so fresh and good. They care about their produce. I aways get my produce from them. They have more organic items as well as more healthy items. Their store hardly be packed which I like due to COVID and Monkey Pox. Their cashiers are always nice. My place to be. ❤👍

My experience in Albertsons always great I'm in and out I get what I need and I'll get my savings with my Albertsons savings card

I was in and out. No long lines. No crowd. There were a lot of vehicles in the parking lot, so I was surprised. Albertsons is always clean too.

Passing through due to Hurricane IDA, but staff was so nice. Bathrooms too small. Some nasty person was talking on the phone in the other one of two stalls. I believe it was a staff person.

Lil bit more expensive than Walmart but well worth it. Every employee seems to actually care about your shopping experience. At the place across the street, the workers hide from you and when you find one, if you can get them off their phones, they claim "not my department" or I don't know". Albertsons almost always has quick moving lines and a several registers open. I believe the place across the street has 26 checkouts not counting self checkouts and 1 or 2 in operation at any given time. Albertsons doesn't have self checkout, but across the street almost always, something scans wrong and the employees in charge will walk right past you like they didn't see the big red light flashing.

Albertsons has the best shopping experience in Baton Rouge when it comes to your "big grocery shopping trip".

I needed an emergency Rx filled while enroute to Atlanta to spend Christmas with my entire family. The Pharmacy personnel were both really helpful and friendly. My doctor had just sent them the electronic Rx but mistakenly dated it for the very next day. Of course, this was completey unacceptable since I was already almost 3-hours into what would be a 12+ hour drive to Atlanta, Georgia. The pharmacist wasted no time whatsoever in personally contacting my physician in an effort to resolve my delimma and get me back on the highway again. It was as if there was never even a problem to begin with. Providing this high level of personalized service definitly made me one truly happy and satisfied customer. I am forced to frequent pharmacies on a very regular basis and please take my word for it: this type of service is so extremely rare. I actually believed it to be totally extinct before this day. Kudos to the awesome ladies who work at the Albertson's Pharmacy on College Drive in Baton Rouge, LA. You are indeed the rarest of breed.

Clean store, nice selection of products, weekly sales/deals available, and there's never a long wait to check out. Customer service is pleasant enough. Would prefer a Target, but at least this is better than the ogres mucking about at Wal-Mart by a landslide.

I visited this store twice within two days and the cashiers that waited on me was very curious and professional, even the srock people that was on the floor assisted with helping me found what I needed. If Iwas too rate them on a scale of 1to10, and 10 being the highest ranking I would give them a10

Went in Albertson's to pickup some slice Sandwich Meat at the Deli
(Buffalo Chicken) Very Delicious
And the Ladies there at Deli where Soooooo Friendly.....
Then when I Went to the Cashier
I left my wallet in the car and only had $20 in my pocket and was a couple of cents short....
The Cashier just Smiled told me it was ALRIGHT AND gave Me the CHANGE outta Her Pocket
WoW 5+ STARS AIN'T ENOUGH

I went after church to get one thing and ended up with many items. I purchases 2 slabs of ribs that were originally 13.00 and some change that were on sale for 6.20 too good to pass up. Albertson has random prices on certain items that you must take your time to look around and you will be surprised at what you may find. Please and thank you.

Clean, great friendly staff, security usually visible. My go to grocery store chain in Baton Rouge. They usually have great sales, but need to install the Albertsons app to take full advantage of the low prices.

The reason I am a loyal customer to this particular supermarket is because they provide fresh products, friendly workers, and marketplace type of feel to the establishment. Wal-Mart is too clustered, with too many rude people, and usually does not enough products and cashiers on hand.

I think this place is better than another well-known supermarket. Each time I've been there the shelves are always completely stocked, for starters.

Good people! Good food! Great prices! Don't forget Cheap Chicken Monday! I love the fried chicken, but the rotisserie chicken beats everything!
