Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Prairieville

Totally surprised, this place was super clean at all times. Lobby included. Rooms were modern and smelled wonderful. Large fridge, microwave and even a cook top, with a few pots to cook in.Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Definitely will recommend to family and friends. Great bang for the buck!

I've stayed there atleast 10 times and the staff has always been very friendly. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Restaurants are close by which makes it even better. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

I’ve had the best experience over here while I was staying. The staff is very courteous and attended our matters on a timely manner. The rooms were pretty roomy and the cleanliness was one of the best I’ve had ever experienced.

The complementary breakfast was outstanding with all the variations. I loved the waffles and the overall look and feel of the breakfast area.

Overall I would recommend this place to any of my friends on a heartbeat.

Just stayed there this past weekend. Let me just say for a pet friendly hotel how impressed I was at the cleanliness of this place, it was outstanding!! Easy check in/check out. Close to a lot of places to eat, very central location. The staff was also very nice. Would highly recommend if your looking for a place to stay there.

I stayed twice and I could say the rooms are clean the beds are soft the air conditioner blow so cold you would want another blanket the front desk are so nice and professional the bathroom are clean the tub look brand new they would be getting my services again and I recommend them

I'm getting ready to checkout after 3 weeks of staying here, and thought I would write a review with the extra time. I have nothing negative to say about this location. The staff is super friendly, the cleaning lady does a great job and always says hello with a smile, it's quiet, and there's no sign of indoor bugs like the other hotels I've used in the area. I will definitely be back if I need a hotel in the Prairieville/Gonzales area. They also have weekly rates and breakfast. Highly recommended.

Was here for my weekend of last week. Everything was clean, had a great vibe in the lobby. Breakfast was good, they have coffee 24/7.The room was very clean and most affordable. The staff is very kind and friendly. Going to visit this hotel again for sure.

This was one of the best hotels that I ever stayed in! The staff is very professional and interactive with guests. They also make sure that you and your family needs are met and considered. Very pet friendly atmosphere. The rooms are very clean and spacious. It's very quiet and in the perfect area of Prairieville with everything being in walking distance! I wish that I could give more than 5 stars honestly. My family and I felt like we were at home. Thanks again for your tremendous services!!!❤❤❤

Very clean, front desk and staff treat you with the utmost respect. Towels smell fresh, pillows are THE BEST! Housekeepers do amazing. The owners Should be proud of the location as I know they must be. Breakfast waffles are convenient, has a taco bell 200 ft away.

We got there about dinner time, very easy check in, the staff was very friendly, he checked are room before he gave me the key to make sure the room was in order. Very comfortable, very nice and clean. Close to everything.

Beautiful , clean, quiet, AC works amazing above all they have some rooms with kitchenettes 😍 best thing they are doggie friendly 😀 yay

I’ve stayed at this place on three different occasions. They have the cleanest rooms that actually smell really nice. The staff is great always smiling and will go out of there way to help you. I won’t stay anywhere else when I’m in town.

Amazing place with clean and comfy room. Alex, the person who was in the front desk is very friendly, pleasant and keen to find what fits for us. Highly recommended for anyone.

Very affordable, clean rooms, and quiet. They are also pet friendly which was a necessity for our family. We stayed two nights and left well rested. The only caveat, the free breakfast exemplified you get what you pay for, but then again. This place was affordable!

From the moment you walk in the hotel lobby it smells clean & fresh, also the rooms were spacious & comfortable, front desk guy super nice & helpful!

I have not stayed in a hotel room that cost under $100 that was this clean in more than 30 years. Very clean room and polite staff (all of them). The room also had a kitchenette with sink, microwave, stove and fridge/freezer. If you are going to be in this area and need a place to stay, stay here. We were there for New Orleans, which is about an hour away.

Affordable and great location. Basic amenities but perfect for a place to sleep. Very clean.

Was really close to Park 73 for people attending weddings.

Rooms are pretty comparable to the Holiday Inn on College Drive, but are 75-90$ instead of around 300.

Building was really quite during the course of our Thursday - Monday stay.

Rooms with a dinnette come with pans and silverware/dishware.

No smoking or vaping aloud.

Coin laundry available.

Desk sell small candy/snacks, but Taco Bell is 50ft from Front door.

Within walking distance of Fat Cat Saloon.

This is a very clean hotel, lobby, room, bathroom, everything. You get a quick light breakfast and the whole building is smoke free, (no real asthma danger, at least from that) service is great and definitely would stay here again...
